Anyone here subscribe to VapeBox? I was thinking of getting their "enthusiasts" box ($66 with shipping) that comes with at least 75ml of various juices and 2 hardware items.

Anyone subscribe to it? Worth the money each month? Do tell.....

I actually just subscribed last week. Still waiting for it to come. I never got an email shipping confirmation so I emailed them to ask and they just happened to ship it that day (or so they said since I still havent gotten a confirmation). I also got the enthusiasts level box. Looking forward to getting it, especially before the 15th since thats the next payment date. If it doesnt come before then Im gonna just cancel it outright.

Really though, Im interested to see what comes in it. Ive seen some that look stacked! Mods and tanks and 4 bottles of juice every month seems worth $60 to me. You get 4 bottles of premium juice at a vape shop and youll spend $60 easily.

I've subscribed to them since August and have been really pleased with everything I've received. Last month I got a sigelei 75 watt TC mod along with an adjustable air flow drip tip and 4 bottles of premium juice. I've only been disappointed with one or two flavors so far. But I've received some amazing ones from them as well. They're shipping does take a while though. I usually get stuff by the 4th of each month. I really enjoy surprise of new juice each month since its stuff I either never knew about or perhaps wouldn't have picked myself.

Right?!!! Some of these shops are really freaking greedy with their high prices. I live in an area where shops are few and far between and they really price gouge.

Yep. I feel you there. Last time I checked there were 12 shops in Reno. And all their prices suck. I think it's just how b&m's are. But convenience usually prevails for me so I end up over paying.

Oh I feel you. Its the same here. When I first got started I went to the shop and bought a Kanger Subox Mini kit. With battery and charger it was almost $130! Could have gotten the same thing for almost HALF the price online. They sell clone RDAs for $25, $30, even $40! Shit is borderline robbery. I only stop in there now if theres a juice I wanna try out, or if I need basics like cotton or something and cant wait on shipping. I spent over $500 at that shop in under a month and the one dude working there still was treating me some type of way. Like it was beneath him to have to serve me. Fuck em.

I feel ya on the treatment issue. Guys be the same way around here. Just because I have tits and blonde hair doesn't mean I don't know shit about vaping but that's the way they treat me grrrrr! I finally found a good shop but gotta drive 21 miles to get to it and the juice is pricey....but it is custom made to order and he does give me a deal on bulk. Can't complain too much I guess. But any hardware I buy I buy online anymore!

lol youd think being blonde and big titted would buy you some good treatment from a predominately male oriented business. Oh well. Im glad you women finally got the equal treatment youve been fighting for lmao

That's exactly why people come to VU and find deals they can order online. Out of the 22 vape shops in my area, only 4 are decent with both pricing and being helpful to their customers, the rest are just shops owned by pricks that still own cigarette shops.

I agree. I got my first mod and tank at a shop. Later joined here and realized just how much I over paid. But the one I go to has excellent customer service. The guys there go above and beyond.

The shop I go to is called Cloud Chemistry...I guess it is independently owned chain stores. Usually the juice is $21 and change for 30ml but the owned gives me a good deal because I vape like its my last day on earth and go through a ton of juice. He gives me 200ml for $70. It's good quality, made to order fresh each time. They do not have pre made bottles to buy off a shelf. Over 200 flavor profiles to sample and choose from. Their hardware is super expensive though...I wanted the rx200 which they sold for around $90. Came here and saw it through gearbest on a special for $33 and some change so I bought 2 lol. The juice I don't mind paying top dollar for it I know it's safe and made in a clean, sterile environment. Some of these internet companies make the juice in the same pot they boil their spaghetti sauce in....no thanks!!!!!!

Opened!

So I got the $60 box, and in it were 3 15 ml bottles (Kilo "Cereal Milk", Tailored Vapors "Carnival Cream", Cloud Nine "Reign"), 1 30 ml bottle (Gnar Sauce "Tiki"), an RDA (unknown Tobecco clone), and a single battery Mech Mod (also unknown Tobecco clone).

Not terrible for $60. If you went to a vape shop and bought just the liquids youd probably be close to $60. With the hardware thrown in youre probably looking at $100 value at a retail B&M shop, obviously lower online. Ill probably keep the subscription at least another month and see what comes next.

So, Id say if youve got $60 a month to burn and you like being surprised and/or dont want anything specific, you could do a lot worse. But if youre on a limited budget and you gotta pick and choose what things you can buy that month, this probably isnt for you since you have no idea what youre gonna pull, and it would SUCK to have your whole monthly vape budget tied up in this box only to get a box full of stuff you dont like.

Gonna post pics in the Vape Mail thread soon.

Carnival cream became one of my favorite juices ever. I also got the $60 box. I received a tsunami rda by geek vape, ceramic coil master tweezers, this funk EZ dripper bottle thing (don't ever see using it unless I get into DIY.) Also go 15's of I ❤️ cookies, noble by cloud nine, dolce miele crema by Poet and a 30 of la monnaie by connoisseur.
I enjoy surprises but I might dial the subscription back a notch and ditch the gear.

You can specify weather you want Tanks or RDAs while signing up, so you can sort of customize the box to your preferences. You select your Nic level, your VG preference, your flavor profiles, your experience level, weather you want tanks or rdas, and I think other stuff. So yeah, you cant pick and choose what you get specifically, but you can select your preferences and they will follow them.

Ouch, yeah, that would have made me mad lol. I already have a full coilmaster kit with tweezers, and already have a metal pocket liquid dropper. Glad I got what I got, if I got that stuff Id have cancelled immediately lmao. Its good stuff to have if you build, and good to have around, but like I said, I dont need multiples. Think Ill email them and specify that.

I got my first rda about a month ago so I don't have much in the way of supplies. most of what I need I'm pretty sure I can find in my garage. Lol.

Well the ceramic tweezers are a must for building. You use em to squeeze the coils and adjust them while firing them (so it doesnt short on metal tools). They are probably the most used tool in my arsenal other than the coil jig.

I'm taking baby steps. Took me months just to finally try vaping. The first RDA I bought on a whim. The guy at the vape shop I frequent put a build on it for me and off I went. Then I got home and went "what the hell do I do with this thing now?" But I'm getting the hang of things thanks to this forum and YouTube.

Dig in girl, RDAs are the way to go when not out and about. I pretty much exclusively use RDAs when at home. Its great, flavor for days, plus if you have a lot of different flavors of juice its much MUCH easier to switch. Thats what initially made me want to get an RDA, I had so many flavors and only 1 tank and it was a pain to constantly empty and clean it out to switch. I got my first RDA about a week after getting my first vape lol, I jumped in head first.

Yeah Clones are generally crap, only clone I've been happy with is the Tobeco Velocity Clone.

Been on the fence with Vape Box, don't want to end up getting something like eFest which I'd end up throwing away since I wouldn't want to put anyone at risk with eFest.

I had a similar experience a few months ago at a new shop in the area. It was by far a superior shop compared to the others around. Literally hundreds of different juices from different premium companies. Dropped 500 easily in a couple weeks there. Went in one Friday and bought an RDA on my way out of town for the weekend. When I got where I was going I went to put a build on it and noticed that the cap wouldn't go all the way down due to bad machining. Needless to say when I got home I went to return it but since I didn't have a receipt anymore he wouldn't exchange it. I never put a build or a drop of juice on it and the part that really pissed me off is that it was the same guy who sold it to me. I was even trying to give them more money on the exchange to get a more expensive RDA. So they basically lost out on at least a few hundred bucks a month by not exchanging a 30 dollar RDA that they know they sold. In the end however I thank them for screwing me over since that was the last straw that got me to start doing DIY juice. I'm saving so much money now that I made the initial investment on flavors and I can honestly say the juice is better as well!
