I made to much egg salad in the 4 1/2 hours I worked today. My first 3 hours were 2gs in business. That's a usuall Saturday income from all day (around 6 grand Saturdays closer to 8 on Sundays) we ended up finishing out at just shy of 12k today by 3 when I leftWheres the love?

Actually had a service call set and remembered I had some Comcast backdoor numbers, got a good tech on the phone and 15 minutes later fixed, simple, it's all about the right people at Comcast.

The "average" people spend when they come in is ~$15 per person. It's a quick service restaurant. We still do basic burgers and shit but we also offer badass breakfast and some fucking balling steaks @ $27 for a tbone with a baked tater and fixings or $23 for a awsome ribeye.
Only problems is getting one of the two "smart"cooks to make your food instead of the dipshit they hired to replace me when I left

there all good people outside of work when the pressure isn't on.
I swear when I first started working here... we coulda been on kitchen nightmares.
Had 5 chefs in a area about the size of a large bathro. Only three of us knew anything about what they were doing

That's when i first went down with the boyscouts. We had a blast hiking the mountains until the almost 9foot of snow at the peak ment we had to turn around. 8-12 year olds don't do to good when the snow eats them
