Surprising to hear, Griffin was the easiest wicking I've had on any RTA. Admittedly it's a little scary at first how little cotton is needed, but I had one leak when I forgot to close the JC on the first fill, but that's it and once it's worked in I don't need to close it. Either way I don't know if I'd recommend the Griffin to brand new builders either, mainly in that it's a whole lot of deck to throw simple builds onto. I'm sure trying to wick a 6 wrap of 24g would be a lot different than wicking the deck filling fused claptons and aliens I've been using in it. If I were to tell someone new to the game what to get I'd be recommending a super cheap RDA to play with, that way they're not dumping tanks all over themselves while they're still trying to figure out how to wrap/install coils and what not.
The Billow is easier. I've not lost 1 damn pindrop of juice

I think you saw a v2. The v3 has the Velocity deck in it. The chamber is smaller, but the build deck is one piece. It doesn't have that damned screw off ring on it. The top fill is like the Crius, but better executed
Oh my bad, must've been the V2

Its funny I like that ring..this is a simple 24g Nichrome build after 100ml of juice vaped thru it..Ends are tucked behind that ring touching the deck and covering the juice holes..No leaks and No dry hits even chain vaping my ass off..just sayin

Kinda how I feel, I've seen a few different tanks where people are saying it's easier to wick than the Griffin. I don't doubt them, but I liken it to walking to the kitchen, are you saying there's an option where I can just teleport? Or maybe someone comes and carries me there? How do you get easier than easy?

Anybody order anything from China recently? Anything coming out of Singapore Post, or is their tracking basically just a front for the contents of Paris Hilton's head?

I'm not recommending the Griffin anymore tho! LOL (at least not for most beginning builders now)
And I'm a true beginner. Not having ANY luck with my Griffins. Got two serpents on order.

This is me..... Dump dump dump. I just can't get the hang of it. I'm hoping for better luck on a single coil deck.

That being said,, my two Griffins are for sale. Haven't put em up yet. Anybody want em??

Nope..personally I never order anything from China directly.. Don't like waiting on that long boat ride or risk getting my CC hacked...lol

I think they all do Paypal which is nice.

As for shipping from China I always use the ePacket, which gives a customs code that will transfer to a USPS tracking once it hits the US. Takes about 2-3 weeks usually. I do refuse to order from FT anymore as they take forever to ship things for me for whatever reason (past the time they say it will that is).

One thing is you DO NOT want it to go through LA customs, they take forever to get things through. Mine's been stuck there for like 2-3 weeks, apparently a month and a half is normal after reading a bunch of comments online. Every other center it's a day or maybe a couple, but the LA office is a pile of shit.

Yeah the Griffin probly isn't the best RTA for a complete newbie.. It does take a little skill to build it properly..good luck with whatever tank you chose next.. :)

Hi Andria and Vapin4Joy.

It's funny when I get a bunch of likes in a row from Vapin. Looks cool, like all the alternate universes are being flooded with Einsteins.

Mornin Vapin

I plowed through the rest of the DFH 60's yesterday watching the race. It did get better after 2, but not good enough for a restock.
Yea, I'm with you, a couple seems very mild with the flavor. I sent them a e-mail, they told me most flavors they have in stock but some are mixed to order, so they said steep them for a week and try again.
