The only way to get bottles as cheaply as possible is to buy in quantities of at least 100 (in my experience). The best prices I know of are on Ebay but most of the companies are from China so you end up having to wait a couple weeks to get them. I've been buying from heartlandvapes.com for about the last year and their prices and service has been great. Maybe a couple cents more per bottle but I'd rather pay a little more not to have it coming from a zillion miles away.

Ecx and bcv. Both have coupon codes and both offer free shipping after a certain amount spent. Sometimes it's easier to order everything from on spot (flavors, bottles, and ect. )
