As I understand it (before I really payed any attention) it was standard to go PG/VG, then VG got more popular and people just said screw it and stopped following any standards.
Yeah I didn't know there was an official "rule". Many of the top brands list it VG/PG...does it really matter lol

Pg is listed first. Whether you want to talk about tradition, or merely alphabetical order... Pg comes before Vg. All these newfangled max-VG cloud chasers listing the VG first are simply a) WRONG, and b) confusing as hell to newbies.

I have the "hairball" reaction to VG, in any amount greater than 16%.... it feels like I have a hairball in my chest that i CANNOT cough up.

Yeah I am the same way. Only 70VG/30PG I can tolerate is BlvckListed....rest all has to be at least 80VG.
Yeah I consider myself lucky. I went high on the VG for a while, but honestly I hate just how big the clouds are, I want the flavor and the feeling, not to create an atmosphere. I use Everclear to thin down my juice. 
That's the other bad thing, it'll literally put liquid in your lungs, so a few big rips and I have a nice wet cough then I'm ok.

No shit, if I used anymore VG, my husband would exile me back to the front porch. And I started vaping so I could come IN from the damn front porch!

Reminds me of using wine in Hookahs, certainly boosted the head high.I use Everclear to thin down my juice.
I want it, I just can't have it. A coughing fit is not cool, especially with bruised ribs.

No, it really doesn't matter considering the manufacturing standard now is vg/pg.

Well I got really expert at the productive cough, as an asthmatic smoker. But VG just sticks my airways closed so that I CANNOT cough it up, it's a horrible feeling.

Which is just one reason why I had to stop buying ejuice and had to start making my own -- the highest PG I can find locally is 70/30, and that's fucking Halo, which I HATE with a passion. So I just make my own, 84%-85% PG.

80/20 - max vg is my poison
Depending on the brand you could be causing some neurological damage.
Sargents has been killing pets for decades.
I came within moments of dying of suffocation. All I could think is, Well fucker, guess your dead, hope the next world is better.
I use Frontline. Take my dogs in once a year. She is just pouty. She is 12, it's cool.
Back in 2009, most juice came from China, and it was always listed pg/vg on the labeling. As it became more US made, it became blurred after 2011, with RDA'S becoming a player. The switching actually fucked me with my regular US vendor, because they flipped their mix percentage, and my gear was designed for thinner juice delivery and I thought my gear was failing me.

Just in the last few days allergies + hotter than normal vaping I am coughing some.
I had htat happen as well, first time I tried max VG after being told about it and all the PG issues a friend had. "dude you'll love it" then 3 coilheads later I'm like "fuck it broke my tank!" of course that's about the same time I started educating myself rather than just vaping what I bought from the store.
I have enough VG & flavors to last over a hundred years on hand. Enough Nic for 30 years or so. I quit buying juice after I had been vaping a week.
I've been doing max VG for a while now, may switch it up and try V3. I can do either or but prefer max.

1-2 days post 75 degrees is NOT enough to warrant the ac unit.
It's so easy it is like making coffee. Look thru the threads. 30.00 for 50 ml of juice is a fools game, & your the fool.

I remember it well. Also, the ol man rolling pennies to scrape up enough to buy me a pack -- and he doesn't even smoke! So glad those days are over, but that's exactly why I still vape, though I'm down to <5ml per day, <5mg.... without the vaping, I'm certain the urge to smoke would return in its full force... and I never wanna go back to that.
Got about 25 yrs worth of nicotine in my freezer. The lower I go on my nic level, the longer that will last, but I'll never go below 3mg; I don't wanna lose my marbles as both my grandmothers did.

Back in 2011, I found a set up that worked for me (tech at the time), so I bought bulk from Fast Tech to last me years on that tech. I bought my juice bulk too, 2 liters for the year(high ohm), from my favorite vendor since I found them in 2010. They changed recipes without notice, on my yearly purchase in 2014, and I was still using 2011 tech. I made it work via alterations, but took a bit to figure out what changed, as I was not forum active during the industry change.
Nope, you can read. 1/3 cup of that, 1/2 cup of that, mix & bottle. Juice.
