Finally feeling better after being sick for almost 3 weeks.

I think mine's on its way out too... headache hasn't bothered me much today at all, and my sense of smell is *almost* back to normal. But I have to say, compared to how I used to be when I smoked and got any kind of cold/flu, this is SOOOOOOO much better than going around sounding like I had TB for 6 wks! :)

doing a little better with my feet the meds they gave me are actually working some hoping the antibiotic does too, how are you doing my dear friend
Hey Jimi, let me know if you need any seed you wish to try. I have bush green beans, squash (zuchs, yellow straight and crooks) green to red bell peppers, some jalapeños or other specialty peppers. No GMO's, but will be hybrids for bacterial resistance and shelf life stuffz.

That's the thing I don't get... people have been *hybridizing* plants (and animals too!) for millenia, to emphasize various traits... WTF do they need to go doing that GMO shit for? I've always heard "it's not NICE to fool mother nature!"

Got any great Northern beans? I use those making up Trinity Beans. Found the recipe on Terrance Hill's web site. I make the beans up in a big old pan. They vanish rather quickly after being made. :) Guess I do okay making them.

3rd world crop productions, so we weren't exporting shit we weren't gonna get paid for, but they can grow themselves, in a nutshell.

Not familiar with those. I deal with commercial production, 100+ acre operations for supermarket distribution. Non-commercial specialty stuff isn't on my radar, unless I get a bunch of calls for it in FL.

OMG yes! I would be laid flat out when I got sick while smoking cigs. Got a bad sinus infection and strep throat that infected my vocal cords and lost my voice for a week....that sucked

Define a GMO for me, so I can comprehend that statement.
FL farmers and brokers won't deal with GMO crops, so I don't supply them here.
self destructive seeds that will not germinate and have to be bought every year.
Seeds that require round up in obscene amounts further polluting the ground and water.

Aggressive seeds that over take native species.

Fucking lab tinkered frankenfood, spliced with animal proteins for little or no benefit other than to see if it is doable.

It seems to me that when mankind tries to fuck with nature, we always fuck it up. Nature is a lot smarter than humans.

1- Self destructive seeds that will not germinate and have to be bought every year.
2- Seeds that require round up in obscene amounts further polluting the ground and water.

3- Aggressive seeds that over take native species.

4- Fucking lab tinkered frankenfood, spliced with animal proteins for little or no benefit other than to see if it is doable.
Addressed by concern:
1- my shit gets tested every 6 months, and has to maintain a +86% germ to be sold, for paper bagged goods, and 24 months for hermetically sealed foils. Anything that goes to shit under 12 months, the supplier usually credits us. (I don't sell much Monsanto, due to direct sales force here)
2- Round Up ready plants (Monsanto products only), means the plants tolerate Round Up(weed killer) being sprayed on them after germination, saving weed pulling labor during growth cycle. (Round Up not a germination catalyst)
3- Aggressive seeds would be heirlooms. Hybrids typically won't throw a true seed replacement, but one of the parent plants. Veggie plants being prolific enough to choke native species is bizzaro.
4- Never heard of, can't confirm or deny.:)
