I need this sign on my back deck... Definitely next project. And I got plenty a paddin myself. I don't need a personal trainer I need someone to follow me around and slap food out of my hand 
I was looking at a you tube video. I seldom buy any kind of Mod before checking a review first. It appears that Snoop Dog Mods don't use juice. I bought some e-solid stuff from FT a long time ago. I will give that a try. Oh well not the first money I ever spent not knowing what I was buying. (wink). $11.00 for two in a flash sale ain't bad. 
OH my goodness!!! I love me some fresh eggs. This year we're gonna get a whole bunch of chickens and ducks. I can't wait till they'rebig enough for layin'. Have you had any duck eggs? They are richer than chicken... and soooo delicious.....

Oh, where the Hell is Uncle RJ? He is my compadre in crime. 
It's amazing how many soups that are commercially prepared contain meat, that you would NOT think do! Mainly in the form of meat or chicken stock. We call that "accidental meat"......so I mainly prepare my own soups.
I had a hankerin' this past winter for some homemade Chicken Noodle... So I made a huge mongous batch of it and still got some frozen.... Gee why don't I eat that?

I usually eat once a day unless its an off day. Ill make "dinner" round 4-5. Tonight it was about 15 HOT ASS hot wings lol
I still stay around 190-210 lbs depending on how much running I'm doing.
