Ibuprofen and a hot shower then laying in a dark room is all I can do when I have my migraines. Can only handle minimal time in front of any screen and they usually last 4-5 days
I take Imitrex for migraines. Works well. Have to take Zofran as well because they cause me to vomit.

I've been thinking of going to the doctors, I get them fairly often and my family has had bad head issues. My sister had a tumor on her brain that causes migraines/headaches and had to get it removed. Then a few years back my dad had a brain aneurysm and was in the ICU for weeks, but I'm scared to get them looked at.
It's nothing to mess with love. I've had them for years and I believe they're causing neurological damage at this point from some reading between the lines with the doctors. Gotta take care of you so you can take care of your youngin
