Anyone have an experience with this vendor? Bought their Cuboid deal a week ago and the order is still in processing, despite paying for expedited shipping. Beginning to get a little nervous.

They suck. I ordered a panzer and it said ships in 1-3 days. 5 days later they tell me OOS.

I made 10 orders from them since December and all totally about $300. The shortest shipping time was 6 days and the longest was about 6 weeks. I really like them and I never had a problem.

There's a big thread here on VU regarding this vendor. Main problem is the lack of speed in shipping the orders. I personally, ordered only once from them, and it took forever to get here.

The last 2 orders from them I had to open disputes in pay pal after 4 weeks to get them to send the stuff. They ignored my emails for a few days until pay pal came into the picture. Eventually got both of them.

You may not see anything happening with tracking anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. And remember they are on the other side of the world and it is about 12 hours different than the US.

I created a support ticket with gearbest, they claim they will respond within one day. we will see. I will be able to use this as a basis for refund if they don't get on the ball.

A lot of items from Gearbest says like ships in 3 to 5 days or something. And that is about right in my experience. I just put in another order on Saturday and I just got notified it shipped this morning. And I expect another day or two before it gets to China customs. Then it usually sits there about 7 days to 10 days. Gets on a ship that can take a week. Then sits in US customs for 3 to 7 days. Then out to your address. Just about everything from China goes through the same process no matter who you order from.

Here is another example. I placed an order for a Steam Crave Aromamizer Supreme 7ml RDTA Atomizer and 2 HCigar VT133 covers on the 12th and I got them today on the 25th.

I heard back from Gearbest and it smacks of the old bait and switch. Item is out of stock and they offered for me to wait or buy another item from them, pay a price difference if any, or take a store credit, or in the last they offered a refund. I requested a refund.

I've ordered from them several times and have always received my order. It does take them awhile to get the order shipped but overall I've been happy with their service.

Thats the drawback to ordering stuff cheap. You have to be willing to wait. But if you are patient enough you can find shit almost as cheap here in the US with enough research. I always use fasstech tho over gearbest. Been using them for years. It takes 2-3 weeks but it always gets here and is packaged nicely.

Well, I guess I've got to eat my words. Takes a long time to get stuff from China, and I'm impatient. Have even badmouthed Gearbest a time or two. But after 3 months I finally got my Artery Nugget from them. Beautiful little thing, but that's another story. My order was just for a mod with no tank. I used whatever was in my GB wallet to get my balance to zero and limit business with them due to their slowness. But when the mod arrived, they had sent me the entire Gold Rush kit! They did good. I take the bad comments back.

I tried ordering from them last night during the flash sale they're having. I have a credit card with a very low limit I specifically set up for ordering online($250 limit, that way it gets jacked, not a huge headache with unauthorized charges). Anyway, I had a pretty kick ass order lined up and I can't pay for it no way no how. Initially card declined on the card company side, standard overseas protection; called and had them authorize to let charges through. Called twice actually to confirm, but gearbest keeps saying card not authorized. Been impossible to get customer support help. On one hand Oh well, on the other, dammit the prices on an avocado, supreme, vtc mini etc etc, not going to find anywhere else.
