You know, I been thinking about this and I find it insane that there is not a standard or a disclaimer when purchasing a mod or atomizer! Now, I stopped smoking about 2 years ago and tried everything and for me vaping was the only way and after a few hundred dollars pissed away on gas station ecigs I ran into this site and got a good set up and was finally able to put them down. But I could have blindly purchased a hybrid type mod and a atomizer that had a short pin online and had a problem. I know the sites say for advanced users but nothing saying this will work with A but not B, you know? The information is here and else where in the web but not everyone is going to look or have the time or even know and just think " hey this goes together like me old aspire sub battery and tank" I just find it odd that a few mm in length determines a good day or a bad day and the lack of info.
I got a godfater mod and it's a hybrid type mod and the guy at the shop recommend the tobh atty. It does protrude but not by much and the other pic is the Griffin and it protrudes 3 times as much but you ask around and people will tell you not to even think about it. I have beat the 510 on a desk and it's not moving on the Griffin and everything on the deck stays in place and it vapes fine on my smpl but with something like the praxis where the battery goes in first than screw the atty on would cause problems.
Ran across this "fix" and looking to try it on some to see how it works.
