New or Upgrade time

Hello all, Please let me apologize in advance for this post! This is my first post so hopefully I didn't miss anything before asking this. So my backstory is my Father inlaw introduced me to e-cigs, and of course the wife wasn't happy nor truly supports my habit! She does allowing me to continue to buy juice and coils! Anyway I started using an innokin e-pen with an aspire nautilus mini. Since last summer I upgraded to the Kanger Subox mini, that thing is amazing however I have had some issues with the board, since Kanger has replace the board and I am waiting on a second board I purchased after the LCD quit working. I am looking at getting a new mod or upgraded mod. I can say that I have never used more than 35watts while vaping and usually use .5 ohm coils. I did try the RDA route and was talked into a Buddha V2 RDA, yes its a bit much for the Subox, but I was able to build and wick double coils, it was good but kind of a pain to drip while driving! Another reason I chose the RDA route was because I fly helicopters in the military and during altitude changes the tanks would leak. I have since gone back to using my sub tank. I want to see what you guy recommend, Im not real big on cloud chasing, more flavor, but the clouds are cool from time to time! I was looking at either going with the new Topbox or Evic Mini mods and possibly a Uwell Crown or Smok Tank. But I have also contemplated the Seigeli 150TC. Again Im on a budget and do have to convince the boss! Any advice or feedback is much appreciated. Again sorry for the long winded post!

The Topbox is a solid choice, and it comes in a kit with a decent tank. To stop your tank from leaking due to altitude (pressure) changes, carry it upside down, so the bubble of air in the tank is by the juice ports, not in the top of the tank. The pressure will still change, but it will then push air through the wick, not juice.

Totally agree here, the TopBox kits are exteremely solid when it comes to build quality and I've not had a single complaint yet with regards to the funtioning of the tank or device. My only pointer is to be careful when refilling as I've had a few customers end up overtightening the tank to the MOD when screwing the top cap back on. My recommendation is to remote the tank when filling for the best safety, otherwise be careful to hold the base of the tank (if you leave it on the MOD) when reinstalling the top cap. I had one guy bring on in that required me to use a rubber "strap wrench" to get it off his KBOX.

With regards to the altitude, @suprtrkr is spot on with turning it upside down. I actually go one step further and unscrew the base maybe 1/8" a turn to break the seal. Otherwise I still get some minor leakage as the pressure change does push through the residual juice in the wick.
