I took the spare one from my Theorem and put it in a mgnt atty. Love how it fires fast but doesn't hold the heat. Looking for something that's a good match for a minivolt mod. It chucks nice at 30W but lacks flavor. Could be that everything is squeaky clean out of the ultrasonic tub, I dunno though.

If these don't have the flavor I have to wonder what the (Theorem) would be like with a nice build. ;)

From my experience with the Notch coil it has great heating qualities, but overall output is similar to that of a nice single wire coil or maybe parallel. There are a lot of better options for coils for flavor/output, but the notch coil gives a nice vape that's easy to use and doesn't need a ton of power. Basically, if you're not using some of the more advanced type of builds like say Fused Claptons, then it'll be a nice change, but if you're used to these better builds, the notch coil simply can't live up to the hype.

For my Minivolt I use 32g Kanthal cored Fused claptons, coming in at about 1.1Ω and fires nicely at 25-45w.

Think I'm doing alright w/ 28g Kanthal having 1.3oHm at 3mm ID, firing at 8w to conserve battery life & offer a cool vapor in an RSST using rayon as wick. :) "Works for me. Far as I'm concerned, all that matters." I will hopefully soon get my stipend replenished & purchase some dual coil RDA & squonking kit hardware.

Not exactly sure yet of what that purchase that will entail. I may also buy a bulk batch of unflavored nicotine base juice, maybe some extra nicotine, PG/VG too.

Not sure though.

Not sure as a consumer presently I care to share too much regarding purchase notions. Suffice it to say, I do have intention to remain vaping as long as I desire to vape regardless of any external assertions upon such choice.

I just buy Kanthal here. Got a nice little mandrel for wrapping coils by hand in an cheap squonk kit. If I had not, there's plenty of loose screws around our home as we're rural, farming kind of folks. I can get a lifetime supply of wick at an affordable price. Found a five foot length to try out from an individual for a few dollars. Still not gone through it and that was about three months ago I got it. :) Got nearly a whole 50 foot spool of 28ga Kanthal left, it too was got about three months ago. I will buy in bulk but also buy practically. Being the only vaper in my personal household I do not want to buy so far ahead that I'd never use up supplies. That seems as wasteful as not having enough. All in, think I'm good. I have vendors capable of supplying my meager needs. Thanks though. :)

I see we ha e some more EDF people now.

I too have wondered about the notch coils. Personally I would prefer a vendor ask here. From perspective users rather than relying on the advertising agency's word on the subject.
