Why not? what is the point of this shit anymore?
As of 2015 vaping was a 3.5 billion dollar a year industry. The FDA essintially wrote themselves a blank check to outlaw anything that could vaugely be construed as relating to vaping from mods to eyeliner and diapers. It was not legislation or even regulation but a license to dominate and control a 3.5 billion dollar a year industry.....under the guise of public health.

And not ONE fucking congressman will stand up on the floor of congress and say it..not ONE of the fuckers will stand up and say it is nothing but a canard to hand over and entire industry to politically connected corpratists to steal.
If it's this easy to steal why keep up the charade why spend the money time and aggrivation on the dog and pony shows called elections.either lets have a revolution or bisband congress and go down and get our collars and leashes down at the DMV.

Not to discredit your point but this current congress had nothing to do with the FDA vaping regs.

The Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, (Pub.L. 111–31, H.R. 1256) is a federal statute in the United States that was signed into law by President Barack Obama on June 22, 2009. The Act gives the Food and Drug Administration the power to regulate the tobacco industry.

The Same year that Obamacare was enacted by the same Democratic Controlled House and Senate and signed by Obama. They handed the power to the FDA. Obama still has the power. Nothing this current congress can do will reverse it as long as Obama is in office. The bill to change the grandfather date is dead on arrival. Obama will veto it. The Dims will not join to over ride a Veto.

I suppose they could make a speech. I don't see it changing Obama's mind.

This president has done devastating damage to this country, practically to the point of no return. However, I don't think he is really the one to blame, its the voting majority in this country that actually put us in the toilet and so willing to pull the flush handle at any given time. Lets just hope the so-called majority wakes up from their high fructose corn syrup induced comas and get it right this time around.

When the alternative is Trump? Seems unlikely...I'll bet a baked potato could beat Hillary in a general election, given her unfavorables, but the Donald is polling slightly south of boiled cabbage with everyone who isn't foaming at the mouth for the chance to suck him off.

Disband Congress? Hell yes! This whole vape fiasco is icing on the cake, but it's a hill of beans compared to the shit I've been through in the decade and a half that I've been old enough to vote against every single asshat to hold elected office in that time frame...

This election cycle is a complete joke, the two worst candidates made it to the top. Trump getting elected seems impossible so we will end up with a POTUS that is criminal. Anyone remember Whitewater, property investment scandal? Private e-mail server that put classified and national security related information at risk and violated the Espionage Act by having information relating to the national defense on her server.

And the Vince Foster Jr. Mystery, wasn't he the guy that committed suicide by shooting himself in the back of the head.

If you thought that Obama was bad you haven't seen anything yet. We will lose more liberties under Clinton in 4 years than we lost to Obama in eight. I have a hard time understanding how she can even run for office or how unknowledgeable people are about her past.
