I have a 60w box mod That use at either 50w or 35w with a .68ohm coil with cotton through the coil full of juice but still a burnt taste and it burns my throat, making me cough, how do i fix this?

Are you using premade coils or wrapping them yourself? What tank or rta are you using?
Im making my own coils and wrapping them with a tobh mods v2 rda
Not my first rda, and it works fine on my mech mod but on my box it burns

if its tasting really sharp or almost metallic, I could be arcing... if the coil is to close to the wall of the atty, or perhaps a screw isn't tight enough.
you may also have hot spots or clipped a leg screwing it down.
take the wick out and dryburn it checking for hot spots if its not that make sure the legs are in firm but not clipped.
those are the firs thing that I would think
if its a series box, you may have to much power for the wire, I wouldn't advisee using 26g on a series mech. I would start at 24g and thicker from there. unless its claptons or something like that

Usually the box mod should be matched with suohm tanks, you may lower the power and try again

I'm saying its a box i use but i tested on my other mech mod and its fine
I agree with @f1r3b1rd 's second post. Would be checking out the coil for hot spots. Hot spots can cause bad grief on a vape.
Note: No, I'm not backing him up because he's a mod. Backing him up because I as a vaper can see the valid logic in what he says. This is not some other vaping forum. Users are not afraid tell mods to go to take a leap if their views are out in left field.
