The battery meter is as accurate as it needs to be to run whatever you're putting on it! I have an Istick 100w and it's a good basic box. Efests are rewraps, better to use the LG HG2 3000 mah batteries. The velocity is fine on this box!

I stay away from Efest batteries. They are re-wrapped cells and Efest is known to exaggerate (a nice word for lie) about the specs on the batteries they re-wrap. Stick with the big 3 - Samsung, LG, and Sony when it comes to 18650's. If you really want a 3000mah 18650, get either a LG HG2 or Samsung 30Q. I also recommend highly Samsung 25R's. Here's a link to a good article on 18650's that I recommend you read if you get a chance:

There is nothing wrong with the 3000mah LG HG2's. I think the Samsung 25R's are really rock solid, a little less mah (2500) but Samsung is known for under-ratting their specs (I think at 25 amps, they are just fine, don't heat up at all). I use both LG HG2's and Samsung 25R's myself. They are both great batteries imho.

Edit If I was going to be pushing my mod, I'd feel just a touch better with the 25R's but they are both great batteries.

Cheers,
Steve
