The easiest way is directly from your phone. Or use a image hosting site like photobucket. It will give you links for posting on forums.

The first arrow, allows you to include a link to a photo (must be a personal photo, not a stock photo) The upload a file link allows you to attach a photo from your computer. Or, as said already, you can post one from your phone very easily if using Tapatalk.
