They have a mod I want in the color I want. Was wondering what's everyone's experiences with them? Looking at the ipv5 in black.

I never had a problem with them but a couple of people here have. Beware of the 20% restocking fee they have if there is a problem.

I read some bad stuff. Ecig.com had a silver one I may go for as I know they're customer service is way better

Go with what you know. The ipv really isn't silver. It's more of a SS look. I love it.

I've never had a hassle with VapeNW and have bought from them several times.

Just giving my two cents, which was asked for :)

I'm sure there's bad stuff out there - few vendors are going to be able to avoid pissing off at least a few customers, right or wrong. The one negative review I read that stands out in my mind, the complaining customer was a real dick.


And if the product is defective do they charge the 20%?

No, they sent me a bad atty (not their fault) and they sent me a new one and let me keep the bad one for parts.

Ok I want to try them as I really want the black one. I just don't want to get screwed over is all.

I never had a problem with them, till the other week when had to return my Hcigar VT75

My Hcigar VT75 usb port was bad, contacted them 3 days after I received it, I did not get the 20% restocking fee, but I did have to pay to ship it back to them, which cost $7, then they said they was out of stock, so gave me a store credit, they still had the VT75 for pre-order, so thought it was BS they couldn't just add to me the list to get one when they came in (which was 2 days later).

Instead I had to reorder on the pre-order, but now the coupon code that worked for it before, no longer worked, so had to pay a extra $10 to order again, I do now have a working mod, but cost me a extra $17 in the end, so not really very impressed with them, and they won't see anymore of my money, plenty of cheaper and better vendors out there IMO.

I don't blame you. That's BS. Did you ask them to honor the original purchase price?

Wow, they've really gone downhill if that is the case.

I'm not completely scratching them off the list, but will precede with caution in the future, that's for sure.

I did send them a email asking to just be put on the list for when they came in, as I would out of pocket for something that was not my fault at all, I never got a reply back.

My apologies :)

I will admit I have heard quite a few problems about them, especially when need to return something, they will not even accept returns at all for the sig 213.

But I took the gamble with the HCigar VT75, as counted on quality product from HCigar, already have their VT40, which the actual mod itself is great, I just got a faulty usb port from the evolv board, and the gamble cost me, but won't make the same mistake twice :)

I've never had an issue with them, and I've ordered several times. Last year there was an issue with an egrip they sent me, and they sent me a new one without requiring the original be sent back.

One experience with them, I was a happy camper. But, read reviews on the mod, too. I've heard of issues with the buttons. If you have issues AND they have a restocking fee, then that's something to consider.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences with Vape NW. Probably have placed 6-7 orders. Never had to return anything yet (knock on wood) and that seems to be what people are complaining about though.

I've never used them and because of some of the things I've read from members here, I probably never will. I have had issues with a product I ordered from My Vapor Store and they were great to deal with. I had a mod go bad outside their / Manufactures warranty period, they sent me a different mod that cost $10 more, covered shipping both ways and threw in a battery. They cost a bit more than others but its worth it for the excellent customer service, IMO.

Only place I ever got a faulty mod from was ecig.com. They went so far above and beyond what they had to do that today I rarely shop anywhere else. In fact if I do buy somewhere else you can bet it was a smoking deal and ecig.com didn't carry it. I recommend them whole heartedly to every vaper I know. They are the best online vendor I ever dealt with.

That's what I hear from a lot of people but you and @Wingsfan0310 are credible enough for me :)

I will try them out one of these days but keep finding great deals from members here.

I've had 2 mods go bad after the warranty was out, one was from VNW RX200 one month out of warranty all I got from them was "can't help you"
The other was from MVS Istick 50 two months out of warranty they paid shipping both ways and gave a brand new one,all within one week.

I picked up an iStick Pico and a Nautilus mini from them a week or two ago. No drama with the sale.

Hope ecig.com is good. Just pulled the trigger on a VT133. Couldn't beat that sale price anywhere.
You will not have a problem with them. Josh runs a great operation.

I've ordered from VapeNW a few times. I'm in Canada and their shipping cost and delivery time to me is great. Had an issue once where I didn't get my mod after about 10 days. They checked, didn't find any shipping paperwork and I had the mod in hand soon after that.

Reading some of the stories in this thread has changed my opinion of them a bit though. Just sent ecig.com an email asking if they ship to Canada. I doubt they do or they would say so on their website, but you never know and options are good to have.

Ecig.com makes AK and HA people pay extra for shipping so I won't buy from them. I rarely run into that with vape shops.

Every US shop charges more to ship to Canada so I'm used to that Lucy. It all depends on how much they charge. A few years ago it got expensive from some, like $25 for a small package. These days I expect around $10 USD for one week delivery.

Sometimes living in an igloo sucks :gaah:

Check tracking today and it says usps was notified to expect a package from shipper yesterday morning. Still nothing. So either ecig has not dropped my package off to the post office. Or usps is not updating info. I chatted with ecig yesterday and whoever I spoke with said the package left there warehouse. But I'm not sure I believe it

Yeah, I would tend to believe ecig over the USPS. They've had a package of mine that's been "out for delivery " now for almost 10 days. Thank god the vendor replaced the package. USPS is really just a bunch of jerk off government cows. My dad always said if you're useless you can always just work for the Post Office.

Actually I finally figured out what happened. For some reason they had to issue a different tracking number for my package and they never sent me the second one. So the first just keeps saying they notified usps which they did. But the second one is my actually tracking they never sent me. I got the tracking from someone on the chat and checked it and says expected delivery tomorrow. So a little mixup on ecigs end but not a big deal

The guy I spoke with on chat actually got ahold of the shipping department and found out about it. Yesterday when I chatted with someone he just kept copy and pasting there processing times and what not and said the tracking is correct.
