Bottles for Nic/VG base

I am going to pre-mix my base Nicotine & VG for a 3mg bottle & a 12 mg bottle so I purchased these cheapo bottles at Wal-Mart

After looking at the type of cheap plastic they are I became concerned that the plastic could transfer/melt into the nicotine?
Are they safe or do I need the better PTE bottles?

I have some yorker bottle spouts with red caps that I got from HeartlandVapes and the PG and VG has caused the red dye to transfer from the cap to the outside of the spout. I dunno if the same would happen with those or not.

Walmart also sells the same basic bottles that are clear. They are a little smaller, though. You'll find them with the grill accessories sold as sauce bottles.

Wow, that doesn't sound good..... I'm thinking these are gonna do that too, really cheap & flimsy feeling plastic. I don't want plastic in my joose! Need to find a solution so I can pre mix & dispense easily.

Smaller is fine as long as the nicotine solution doesn't have a bad reaction with the plastic. I will have a look at them this weekend.

If you can't find them there, check out the housewares dept.
ETA: I'd recommend an HDPE over a LDPE bottle for nic though. It will not let it oxidize as fast.

Just use glass bottles! lol

Amber glass with drippers. Pour the PG/VG into your syringe up close to the amount you want, than use the dripper for the last little bit. After some practice you can get there just by pouring. There's no meaningfully quicker method.

Nicotine River ships using HDPE plastic you can tell HDPE by the # 2 inside the recycle triangle on the bottom. I'd still feel better about using glass over plastic for long term storage.

I notice these happened when my Budd @mjag was helping me; so we found the solution for this (or work around is)
DELETE ANYTHING BEFORE www. such as https: or http

I keep a couple of bottles of premixed nic base at different ratios in yorker spout bottles I got from Joanne's in the cake making section!

Liquid barn sells squeeze pour bottles. They are cheaper, and better quality than mustard bottles. I have been using them.
