Mr. Juicy Lucy and I are serious suckers for animals and are big volunteers in animal rescue efforts in our little town.
One year, we were asked if we would take in 14 rescued Easter chicks of various colors.
Well, we found out what breeders to with extra rooster chicks every spring....
That's right 14 roosters and just five hens already in the coop who were not used to being bossed around. The first time each one tried to get cheekie, it was off to the stew pot on the spot. By mid summer we were down to 13.
We named #14 Gibby Haynes and he never once looked askew at a human being and kept watch over the chickens for seven years before an ermine got the best of him one winter.

heck I was vapin with 316L thinking it was a defective roll of Kanthal. Just adjusted my wrap count to adjust the resistance where I wanted it.
Picked up the roll one day and saw 316L on it and went DUHHH.
Just glad I don't have any TI or NI wire around
