I had the r200 it's cheap. Haven't tried the ruleaux but other than great battery life and durability it's nothing spectacular and the ipv isn't really anything spectacular either but I have used one and it hits hard, fast, and accurate. Great mode at a good price.
IPV5 out of those mods imo. You might also want to look at the IPV6 (it's either out or will be shortly). They both use Yihi chips which I prefer to your other 2 choices.

Why not the RX200S? But at least I prefer the RX200 than the IPV5 (own all 3). The IPV5 is very finicky, sometimes it wouldn't let you adjust anything. The vendor said I have to wait 30 minutes after inserting new batteries and all my friends have this problem.

My reasons are after owning an X Cube II I am not a fan of Smok mods. The RX200S has the same crappy 510 all the Wismec mods have. To try to compare it to an Ipv5 with a Yihi chip and a better 510 is just kind of ridiculous. The Ipv5 is hands down the best mod in this field of choices. The mod hits like a beast and takes a beating.

Yeah the RX200S hits hard enough but I'll be getting the Sigelei 213 Fuchai as well in the near future.
Damn. I guess it's going to be one of the new IPV models coming soon instead in this case. Thanks for the info.
Yeah man, Sig hasn't made a decent mod since the 150. Stay away from them. They basically just ripped off all their customers on the first run. I had 2 Fuchai 213's on pre order against my better judgement. One for me and one for a friend. I cancelled mine and my friend kept hers. She should have it this week. Can't wait to see how this thing works.
