So about two weeks ago I placed an order with Elix Vapor. Had this problem last time. USPS was "electronically notified" about them expecting a package to be shipped. Meaning they don't even have it, Elix does. It's been a WEEK since it's said this. I called USPS asking what's going on and the lady on the phone (don't even get me started on their piece of shit automated system) said since they don't have possession of the package I need to contact Elix. Easier said than done. I called two numbers for Elix. The first rang once and voicemail. But the mailbox was full. The second, an automated system told me to press 0 to speak with a representative. I pressed 0 and I was taken to another voicemail and I did call within their business hours. I left a voicemail and I haven't heard back. Tomorrow I'm calling the bank to get my money back. This is the last time I will do business with Elix Vapor!
