:) Yep, right here in this lil corner of the sandbox...
I got lazy, sick of the work of RTAs. I've been looking for a 'flavor' coil head for months.
The new Aspire Triton Hollow Core stainless steel wire coil heads (.3 .4) have kinda hit the mark for me.

Can't recommend these enough. I'm bringing tanks outta 'the drawer'.
My Supertank Mini was retired 8 months ago. Not anymore.

Seriously, these fit in like a thousand different tanks. If you have any 'retired' Aspire coil tank,
try one of these coils. They are delicious.

Now I have a gaggle of RTAs & Goblin Minis cloggin up my drawer. :(

Hey Shark, I agree, the coils kick ass! I did almost the same thing and started using tanks I haven't used in a while.

Good tip - but I avoided the Aspire coils early on after the questionable wicking brouhaha and have since been more DL than MTL...though I must admit the 1.8 coils for the TFV4 Micro are f'ing amazing - I've got 3 spare packs with another 3 on order for MTL moments with my Mini Volt...

My (somewhat loose) understanding is these are "hollow core" SS wire with OCC wicking.
I'm frankly having a hard time documenting that wire bit. But I do remember reading it somewhere credible.

Are those micro coils stainless steel? I am seriously sprung on this stuff. :)

i do love the look of the zombie tank
i wish companies would stop just releasing SS and black finishes
they are so boring
my first rta was a crius and I got the white one
it looked perfect on top of my koopor plus with a tardis j wrap
i would love a griffin 22 in blue or red or splatter
my first rda was a petri v2 clone and i got a red one. it looks great.

why must most rtas and tanks be basically boring old SS or black

I really like these coils as well. They are all I use in my silo beast and starre tanks. They work great in TC mode.

Thanks for clarification. I just seen in SV post it said Aspire tanks. I'm always looking for coils. I need to get off my azz and coil this kayfun 3 mini. Of course, I still have to clean it...procrastination.

They come in a 1.8 ohm MTL version too Artie. ☺
