TFV4 Clapton Dual Coils - What wattage and temp?

Hey guys found out recently the leaking problem on my TFV4 was due to vapong at too low of wattage (40watts) so I upped it to around 80W.

My local vape shop recommended even going to 110 W which I don't mind as well ( flavor is good!)

But I did some looking online and I saw that the coil is rated at 90W max. So I am confused as to what wattage to run at now? Can some help clarify this for me?

Also, can I run this coil in temp control mode and if so what are the advantages to straight wattage of any?

Up to you I suppose, just need to find that sweet spot you like. I hover around 65 to 70 watts personally.

When you are asking about the TF-CLP2 coil head, I wouldn't run it in TC mode. Any TFV4 coil, that is designed/capable to run in TC, has a note, that it can do so (see http://www.smoktech.com/atomizer/tfv4-big-family).

I use the 3 coil deck for my TFV4 with 3 Claptons and vape around 65 watts. IIRC the Resistance was around .2 or .3. I can check later if you want when i get home
