New Member - Dragon skin Coils

I am a new member to these forums. I started building a few weeks ago and am having a blast. I have been working on dragon skin coils. Please see the pics I am attaching. As I was searching for tutorials, I found a few videos, but I have some insights on specifics and I wanted to offer up help to anyone who may have questions. Im really happy with how these came out, especially the single coil.

Ive been suprised with performance and flavor. Please if anyone has any tips, let me know.

Nice looking coils. What type of wire are you using?

Oh man I forgot the most important part... They are triple twisted kanthal 26 gauge cores with 30 gauge wrap firing at .25. Im gonna add another to make it a dual, but need wire. For these coils, I have found that 30 gauge is the best wrap. They are thicker, but not to difficulty to flatten.

The dual coil is firing at .11. Flavor is nuts. Next time i think I'm going to do nichrome claptons instead of the 26 gauge for the cores. My thinking is that it will give juice more places to seep into the coil..
