OUT OF EVERYTHING ON THE MARKET, CURRENTLY, what do you think is the most durable mod available?

temp control no needed, but will fire higher wattage and not scratch or dent easy. what will literally take a beating, still look nice and work like new indefinitely?

my 3li is 18 months old at least
works like new
has survived literally 30 or mor 4 ft+ drops to hardwood, concrete, gravel, dirt etc

my d2 the same and even survived a bath in the dish water

now their paint finish is scratched up
but thats what wraps are for

I'm looking for something that won't really scratch or dent.
Or if it does it won't be noticeable
Something akin to the old Prorape mods .... Only current

The ELVT and Heatvape Invader come to mind off the top of my head.

The old School SIgelei 150watt (not temp control) I had survived many falls and stuff and still looked new and worked like a champ

Maybe you'd like to just consider silicon wraps for your mods.
Anything painted will definitely scratch.
Anything light weight will dent/ding/bend.
Hohmwrecker G2, IPV3 Li, Istick TC100, Istick 100, Vapmod Spartans, and Joyetech Cuboid all seem pretty durable for me.
But all of mine have been taken so well care of they could be put back in the box and sold as new and you'd never know it.
Although, I'm not selling ANYTHING, it ALL mine.
lol

well, I reckon what I miss about a brand that left itself in the dark ages of vaping- provape.
the tubes were pretty much tough as nails. the hexohm is almost just as tough but it scratches.

I was hoping there was something with a dna or an sx board built as tough

I have one; gave one to my girlfriend
Damn well made, and very nice indeed. But I wouldn't call it as durable as provapes was.

another one to consider is the dimebox
it may be a simple mod
but the textured finish is holding up well for me
ive only had mine a month but i drip shit alot
and this one looks new still
and you can fix it yourself if stuff wears out or breaks

got mine dirt cheap
so look for deals on them
think vaporbeast had then for about $84

I'm curious about the Boxer mod's durability, being nylon and offered with DNA or Yihi.
Yeah it's a shame that provape won't get with it, since my classic is over 5 years old and works fine.

I have the P3 also, and had it upgraded 4 months ago. Classic relegated to wife.
the only one that still gets used is the Procyon. it has a NaRda and kf5 that get alternated for it

All boxes are made of wood, aluminum or plastic. Weak materials by most standards.

You're not going to get anything more durable than stainless steel, but as far as I know, no one makes a mod of 12 gauge plus, SS.

Toughest paint you'll get is powder coat.

I have no real suggestions for a mod. That mod from DOVPO was tough, but also low wattage.

My best friend ran over his P1.5 with his work van....cleaned it off, changed tanks and vaped it...My Coolfire 4 40w is a tank but get a later edition with a removable battery....Its basically a pass-thru at 40 watts.

Most mechs are more durable then most regulated.
No device with electronics will last indefinitely.
SS pins and button assemblies will last longer then brass and brass will last longer then copper.
Silver or gold plating, well it depends on the quality of the plating.

I agree with everyone on the mech mod thing... I have 25 tubes, 2 series boxes and a parallel box.

I was looking for an authentic, that would stay looking really nice and hold up to a beating as a mod for business lunches and nights out on town.
I normally use regulated mods and have a fair amount of those as well. just curious as to a nice "dress mod" like a dress watch, that hold up to a punishment should it drop

oh
then i would look for a nice wood mod
because flaws in woods can actually make them look good
you can sand and refinish it to change it up and make it look like a whole new mod when people have seen it so many times they know every detail of it
cracks can be filled
wood can look damn sexy to some.
can also stand be you subvert phalic representation of yourself while out in public

Idk what kinda sex toys you use but the one on the left is a heatvape invader mini and the right is a encom voidray

The voidray is made out of some super light polymer. Won't scratch or chip
