Aight, just an update on the
BILLOW V3 PLUS VS
SUPREME
BOREAS
VCMT
8db16f970dff561eb00df8ddccd72dc3.jpg

FOR ME
It's a great FLAVOR RTA, it's not a vapor CHUCKER RTA compared to my other tanks, but if you own the ALLERIA RTA it's very similar hit, restrictive, concentrated flavor..
The billow is always been a FLAVOR RTA, and it's still is, despite of the bigger size..
All the tanks I have are all very different in VAPING experience..
The billow is another great looking 25mm RTA, it's worth what I paid for it...
BIG DECK
EASY TO BUILD
VACCUM FILL
QUALITY IS SUPERB...

if you gonna ask me which tank is the BEST?
ITS SUBJECTIVE...

Well, just got the griffin 25 today, initial attempt at single coil was lack luster-above 30 watts at .5 produced dry hits, but after running duel coils st .27 and wicking it properly it is performing quite nicely. Chucks clouds and good flavor. I actually don't believe the too airflow is gimmicky as it does change the vapor experience. Over all it seems like a nice tank. I have the original aromamizer which I still believe is awesome, but the griffin is better-though flavor on the aromamizer may be a tad better but again, hard to compare as builds are different. Bottom line is the griffin 25 is not a bad tank (so far), i'll be experimenting with builds other than the basic duel coils i git in there right now.

I have an update on my Griffin 25. I had nothing but problems with unstable resistance when I first received it. After completely taking it apart more than a few times and cleaning out the post holes with a wire brush , (metal debris came out) I seemed to get it to be somewhat stable so I decided to keep it.

A few days later I decided to try the frosted tank out. When pulling it out of the container I noticed it had a V-shaped crack on the side that was hidden by the packaging. I figured no big deal, I'll just call their customer service center located about an hour from me in Michigan. I just kept getting someone's voicemail. I couldn't even get an operator so I left a message. After a week went by with still no return call, I decide to E-mail them. Another week went by and no response (I even checked my spam folder). Finally I resent the message and now more than another week has passed with still no response.

This has been my first Geekvape product and I can guarantee you it will be my last. I've had issues right from the start and absolutely no support from the company. Their QC and Customer Support seem virtually nonexistent. I'm sure there are plenty of happy customers out there, but I'm certainly not one of them. Thankfully it was a relatively cheap lesson to learn..

Cheers,
Steve

Edit I'm more disappointed with their CS than the QC of the RTA I received. I understand anyone can a bad one (just mass produced), but there is no excuse for not responding to my 3 attempts to contact them over a 4 week period. No excuse at all!

I hear you on that. It's a shame, they managed to gain a pretty good reputation in a short amount of time with their products. For me, the tank has just worked, and is producing really well. All the "major" reviewers rave about it, and my experience has been on par with what they've said. Hope they come through for you though, at least you have other tanks that seem to be fitting your bill! I love the original aromamizer, even if its a pita to fill. I gave some thought about the supreme but almost all the reviews comparing it to the griffin seemed to favor the griffin, mostly based off price, performance was never an issue.

I think I'm a reasonable person. I'm not on here constantly bashing companies (at least I don't think I am). Maybe I just fell through the cracks. I don't know. I'm not telling anyone to dislike them or to not buy their products. It's unfortunate that this has been my first experience with them. If I had a lot of good experiences, this would probably be easier for me to overlook.

Cheers,
Steve

I contacted Wotofo because my jc on my Conqueror is defective. It's stuck now, and leaks from just under the dial for the jc. I'm pretty sure it has a broken, or crumpled up o ring in there. I even told them I was going to review it, and I've never heard back from them either.

Thanks for posting that @roxynoodle. I was starting to think maybe it was just me, looking at changing my deodorant, etc. lmao:D:giggle:

To be serious for a moment, that's not a good way to retain customers.

The way i look at it is unfortunately company's service is only as good as who they hire to perform the service-or sometimes companies expect employees to have too many responsibilities to perform each task well. Good companies can see the forest through the trees and make decisions that may cost more in the short term but pay off in the long.

I suspect geekvape might be suffering from too much too fast as the success of their products may have outpaced their ability to stay on top of things.

I've never had any issues with mine. But I strongly dislike that the juice control is so linked to the top fill cap. I end up unscrewing the top fill when I'm trying to open juice flow. That's my biggest con on that tank..

Matchy, Matchy :D Not really a great picture. I just finished rebuilding my SS Aromamizer Supreme and put a brand new Blue glass on it. It's dark and the flash was playing havoc (so I turned it off). I'll re-shoot the picture tomorrow with some natural light. I was bored and decided to play.

Updated picture with natural light on the right. Is it live or Memorex :giggle:

If it makes you feel any better Steamcrave's QC and CS sucks too.

My Supreme arrived with a defective base and JFC ring, after contacting them I got the answer "we are aware of those issues, how about a 5$ coupon for your next purchase"
Eventually I made them send me replacement parts and now it works just fine, shame it wasn't like this from the start and that they didn't handle the problem better.

I guess it's hard for Chinese companies to break old habits.

Well at least they responded to you and ended up doing the right thing. To this day Geekvape still hasn't returned my call or E-mail. I've given up on them.

PS I have a few Supremes and all have worked great out of the box, thankfully.

Just an update
I sold all my BOREAS
Kept my
Billow v3plus, black supreme and I'm liking my black and red LPs

VAPE ON

Why'd u get rid of all your Boreas? If its not too much trouble, can you break down why you like the billow & supreme over the boreas? I'm really curious cause you were all about the boreas tank not too long ago.

I've got a boreas in my cart right now but you're the rta expert pare, so I wanna know your opinion before I make my final decision :thanks:

Let me elaborate my comment...
The BOREAS is a MONSTER of a TANK, it's a flavor/vapor chucker
As long as you build it the right way...
Now a days I find my self VAPING around 70-80 watts at .18-.20ohms.. For me the BOREAS shines at higher wattage lower ohms due to the distance of the coils to my mouth I have to build lower ohms at higher wattage IMO...
Billow v3 plus although not getting a lot of attention, is a very good RTA
Just like a lot of RTAS in the market, it's a buttom airflow RTA, it's a has almost 18mm build deck, and has an optional additional airflow on the deck if you like airy vapes... I love the vacuum juice port, the JFC is not free, the AFC has a stop to it, over all the tank is QUALITY!! IMO...plus a true 6 ml juice capacity.. Eh pro/ECIGGITY always makes good shit!!! AND you don't have to do the
Flip/turn/blah blah that you have to do with the BOREAS IMO...
The 25 mm YUN RDA is another great collaboration that's not getting a lot of attention...just saying!!
The LIMITLESS PLUS is another great addition to my chubbies... Great flavor , vapes like how it suppose to... And it looks really nice, crips and bloods LOL... Hope that helps LAZY

I have had 20 different builds in my Boreas and found they all work great. I will admit I do not have a Billow V3 so I cannot compare. Of course I do the bottom fill on the Boreas so it's a no hassle fill for me. Taking it off the mod is no issue since I really only have to do it once a day. With bottom fill I get 8+ ML of juice in it. Since I always have 2-3 tanks (Boreas, Merlin, and Mage) rotating throughout the day I just fill the Boreas once every evening. Easy.

The Aromamizer Supreme gives me great flavor, lots of vapor, knurling in all the right spots, very well built (smooth threads), and separate JFC and AFC. Most importantly none of mine leak and that includes on fill up from the top. No tip, burp routine required.

Steve
