I have a empty dripper bottle and I filled it 3/4 100 percent CVS VG and vape that, can I get flavor from. Somewhere and add the 1/4 shake it and have straight sweet flavored vg drip juice?

First you need to find out what the bottles total capacity is (in ml).
Then figure out what percent of VG was added.
Download a simple DIY calculator like:http://ejuice.breaktru.com/
Then you can plug in some numbers for some calculation help.
Normally we use flavorings as a percent of the total mix.
Some can be as low as 1-2%, or up to 20%+, but much depends on the flavor and brand used.
Better flavors such as INW, CAP, FA, TFA, FW should be used rather than the stuff from the grocery store IMO.
Stronger flavors like INW & FA I prefer myself but the others have great add-on flavors and some good stand alones too.
Just have to decide what flavors you like and want to try out, then we could point out some ideas better.

Well I have a 6ml bottle that I fill 3/4 with pure vg.
Lately I would just take a juice I have laying around and fill the rest of the 6ml bottle with the juice BUT that doesn't really give me a lot of flavor and kids the clouds from the vg since it waters it down so to speak.

Not surprising as the pre-mixed/flavoring/s have already been diluted once.
As an example: you would need to add around 5-6 drops of INW Shisha Strawberry.
And could add 2-3 drops of INW Biscuit to that, and add the same amount of INW Shisha Vanilla to that on top.
Drops may need to be adjusted to your taste & wattage tho.
Although I used a total 6ml bottle example so you may need to top it off after with more VG.

Curious Can flavoring be purchased locally at a store? Like vanilla extract? Lol

If by store you mean what I think you mean, then no.
There is a low variety and those "extracts" are of low quality.

Even if you manage to find high grade real vanilla extract it wouldn't taste anywhere near a vanilla flavor you are used to from bought vanilla juice.

That's why most of us buy our flavors from specialized flavor manufacturers like TFA, CAP, FA, etc..

Yeah I'm working with getting some here via private msg. Had to see tho if there is something I could grab now to try out. Instead of buying online and waiting it to come. :)

So I'm going to get a few Flavas need to order bottles or save all the bottles I get from over the months of purchase juice. Is there a deal out there to get some good VG? Will not be using PG at all! I use that CVS VG but I know it's watered down

And unless you prefer max VG or intend to use flavoring in high quantities, you should consider getting some PG too.

PG messes with me.... Coughing and lungs hurt, throat feels like fire.

If PG is problem for you, you can substitute is with a small quantity of distilled water.

Alright so, just a guess here.
85%vg, 5% Flav, 10% distilled water? Mix/shake and drip and vape?

More like 85% VG 10% flavor 5% water, but it not as simple as that, the percentage of flavor is not a constant and depends of the flavors used and their concentration.
I suggest you check out pre made recipes to start with.

While some flavors contain alcohol, they usually contain mostly PG and some alcohol.

Some of the ones I have are runny like water, and have a strong smell & taste like alcohol.
I suspect they have quite a bit less PG used, although most places won't disclose all the details for amounts.
Another good reason to stick with the stronger brands like INW & FA because it does cut down quite a bit on the PG being added.

Another source is Nude Nicotine, their flavors are VG based. Some are quite good.

Speaking of VG, my nic is vg. Can I add nic to current eliquid?

I ordered a bunch of eliquid mostly 100%vg, some 30/70vg from a vendor that told me to let the bottles breathe overnight. I find that the nic isn't there or it's so low I'm not getting my fix. I'd like to do it when I transfer the remaining new nic to smaller amber bottles for ease of use. One drop, 2 drops to get it over or at 18mg in a 60mg bottle? Originally the 120ml bottles were 24mg - now nada.
