I'm looking for the Recipe for strawberry stratus by lightning vapes??????????? Anybody, Somebody HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a clue but I'd suggest starting with 2% INW Shisha Strawberry for a base and work from there.
Description also mentions Vanilla Bean Ice Cream taste, so try 4% of either CAP or TFA VBIC, or 2% of each one.
If using CAP Vanilla Bean, steeping should be 1 week minimum, but 2 is even better.
And you can also try adding 1% TFA Dairy Milk into the above mix.

Other flavors can sometimes be used, like TFA Vanilla Swirl + Sweet Cream or INW Shisha Vanilla + TFA Dairy Milk, etc.

Might give you a starting point anyway...
