Captain Dabber here.
While I wait on the last 150 pages of my print job... (before heading home to a warm shot of whiskey and a trench in the MFLB), I got to wondering:
I've got this awesome Rx 2/3. I've been running it with all 3 (genuine) HG2's. I have 6 of those bad boys altogether. Since I've found an excellent priced juice supply, I've gone back to the stock coils in my all day tank, the mythical TFV8. I find I like the quad (.15ohm) somewhere between 70-95w. I'm a fairly heavy vaper, lots of chain vaping. I swapped fresh batteries in around 7 hours ago, and I'm sitting in the neighborhood of 30%. Pretty decent life, and I'm not complaining. Swapping batteries throughout the day isn't an issue, I've got a decent case.
I'm wondering, and positing the question to the wealth of knowledge and experience that I've found here - With my preferred wattage range, would I be better off running my 2/3 with just 2 batteries? I'm going to experiment. Starting tomorrow, I'm going to run with just 2. I'm curious to find what others think.
Random extra question: I've spent some time browsing through Mooch's work. While I like the HG2's performance and capacity, would I benefit from running a higher amp battery with lower capacity? It might just be me, but I've found myself puzzled after pouring over the results that Mooch has come up with.
