I have a tugboat(idk which one, it's the one that's matte black with blue splits all over, if that helps any) running at .19 and I was wondering how can I get more clouds out of it, it's about the same as my rx200 with my limitless running at .32 and 4.00volts

clouds from tubes is kind of an art form. depends on the build, the resistance wire used and rampup, the air and how it hits the coil, the voltage drop on the tube, the cells you use and thrn probably the most important is your inhale exhale technique.

A simple resistance measurement tells us nothing. There are a buzillion ways to reach that number. What are your build specs?

What diameter coils, what mod and atty? Pretty sure tugboat is an rda and tube mech.

We shouldn't have to play 20 questions with you to get the info we need to answer your question. Better yet, post a pic of your build and tell us what mod.

Post a fuckin pic or at least figure out what wire you are working with. Guys already told you their best based upon your poor info and I am amazed that they are still kind about it. I'll try to give you a general advice. Build your coils in parallel or triple parallel configuration and aim low.
