so guys....
being that I'm a bakery/dessert lover. I am curious to find out the essential tools necessary to
create flavors of my preference. I am looking for concentrates that emulate that bakery/pastry note
to add to my arsenal. I am very new to DIY and quite frankly every Bakery recipe I've tried to personally
create has tasted like crap. With the exception of a Blueberry Waffle recipe I made which was decent at
best. I realize that alot of it has to do with my inexperience but since I'm taking on this head on I'd like to
have the vital properties in order to master this art.

Bakery concentrates that I currently have are

FA- Tiramisu
FA- Cookie
TFA- Cheesecake Graham Cracker Crust
FW- Yellow Cake
CAP- Chocolate Glazed Donut
TFA- Graham Cracker Clear
INW- Biscuit

I have used recipes created by others and have found TFA-CGCC and INW- Biscuit to be very useful
and great additives so far. If anyone could help me extend my list in the bakery department I would
greatly appreciate it. Thanks guys and Vape Easy!

ahh I forgot to add Tiramisu as one of my concentrates to this list, will edit.

I'm very interested in the Cupcake Batter and TFA Banana Nut Bread
I inadvertently experimented with Ripe Banana at 8% in a 15 ML bottle and was absolutely horrified at the results.
So I'm currently using that as a diluted base to try and recreate banana cream with some other concentrates.
I can benefit from a good banana so looks like I'll definitely be giving BNB a go.

FA Apple Pie

This flavoring has a great bakery crust effect (the apple is not very present)

Looks like you have a good strat with the flavors. You might want to add FA Cinnamon Ceylon, FA Almond, FA Coconut, CAP NY Cheesecake, and CAP Vanilla Custard.

you will need to get some creme's & custards - essential for propping up and rounding out, the list is long and varied however. ;p

Most of the same flavors by different companies are different enough that it makes them different flavors tho and personal preference / research is what I recommend there.

For instance CAP Vanilla Custard / FA Custard / INW Custard are all very different flavors

FW Cinnamon Roll 5-7% stand alone, or mix some in with INW Biscuit, CAP Sugar Cookie v1, or FA Cookie for some simple Snickerdoodle Cookies.

FW Butter Pecan 7-10% stand alone
+1 for INW Lemon Cake, 3% Stand alone

Ripe Banana is better suited to using 1-3 drops LOL.
TFA Banana Cream is better IMO and you can use it around 5%+ without any issues.
TFA Banana Nut Bread was kinda blah for me till I added some FA Walnut, TFA Brown Sugar, and 1-2 drops of Banana Ripe.

really appreciate the time you all take to help people build their platform
I added every flavor suggested to my wish list, forgot to add that I have FA marzipan on the way from a previous order I made on Labor day
going to be ordering these by Saturday or Sunday.
@Foggz, for custards/cremes I currently have

FA- Vanilla Classic
FA- Fresh Cream
CAP- Vanilla Custard V1
TFA- Bavarian Cream
FA- Vienna Cream
TFA- Vanilla Swirl
TFA- Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
INW- Shisha Vanilla

should I touch down on more custard flavors, I always thought vanillas were custards :p

Looks like you have most of what you need there TC, I hear good things re flavorah flavors but am just getting into them myself so not sure re their custard.
Just got the newer INW custard and like it so far, so that might be one to 'wish list' and see how it goes but the CAP VC is pretty much the standard tho so you should be good to go with that.

Vanilla is vanilla and custard is not, but custard commonly contains vanilla.

oh yeah, might want to wish list CAP's French Vanilla. Meringue & Marshmallow are also good to have if you don't already.

Other than that you look like you are set up pretty well.. of course there will always be ONE flavor you don't have .. lol

i hope you like the marzipan,, i think its a nice substitute for nuts,,,, almonds. it just adds that little something that has heart/crunch/depth.. and you dont need to add very much

I have Meringue in TFA and FA but I only have Marshmallow in TFA, I do plan on getting the FA version as well though
Definitely going to get more custards and that CAP french Vanilla
Dude tell me about flavors I don't have, I keep looking at recipes and am always missing a shit ton of concentrates.
I've only made 4 recipes with the concentrates that were required so far. Feels like I need every damn flavor from every company known to man

thanks @kross8, I hear it plays really well with certain fruits in bakery blends as well.
I'm excited to see how that works.

TFA- Bavarian Cream

I'd recommend getting the DX version instead as many, including myself, think it's better than the regular version.
Or try CAP Bavarian, I think it's a bit better than the regular TFA Bavarian also.

FA- Fresh Cream

It has its uses but has no sweetness at all.
Kinda partial to TFA Dairy Milk myself, and Hangsen Cream is also top shelf IMO.
I do like adding in 0.5% FA Condensed Milk to some things, although some will disagree.
FA Yogurt is another winner.
Don't forget the FA Coconut.
And CAP Sweet Cream too.

By the time we get done with ya, you'll be in the poorhouse:D.

BTW you can always add in some Vanilla/Cream with the Custards, I think they become even richer.

a tiny warning about any flavors.. in my case FA Coconut is butter to my taste buds.... so dont freak out if/when you find an oddball like that.. instead use it to your advantage.

imagine trying to make pina colada,, and constantly getting buttery pineapple lol.

I have these same experiences, was just discussing it last night in another thread. One man's ccupcake batter is another's creme brulee. :teehee:

I'm so glad FA Coconut tastes like coconut to me, though.

Yes, forgot to mention I get the same thing myself, but I really like it for that effect.
INW Coconut Cookies I can taste the Coconut just fine, and a couple other brands are working too.
