Boreas or Griffin 25?

Which one works for you?
Have you tried both?
Which one produces the best flavor?
Which one produces the best vapor?

Just reading about the boreas it seems like the airflow and juice flow sync is NOT for everyone...?

I have both and I like the Boreas better. Better flavor, better clouds and its easier to wick. I also love the fact that it comes with 2 decks. Big plus in my book. If you want a separate jfc/afc then just get a Aromamizer Supreme. The Boreas is supposed to be a copy of it. They say the Supreme is machined better and has a separate jfc/afc. I cant comment on the vape or quality of the Supreme because I don't own one yet but its on my list. Just saying what I have heard from other vapers here.

Taste wise the Boreas and Supreme would be better. I think the Boreas is the best compromise (great taste, big build deck, as crazy large or really small as airflow as you want). But the Aromamizer has a slight (very slight) advantage on taste.

Also I really wouldn't suggest the Griffin 25 as even a good bottom airflow 25mm tank. The Herakles RTA-2 has better airflow, and the most ridiculously simple and foolproof wicking of any 25mm tanks. There are a couple others and honestly honestly the Griffin 25mm mini has a better deck. The 22mm was unbeatable. The 25 is just another atty.

Love both of my 22mm Griffins. Great tank, awesome flavor.

So you get flavour and vape?
Can you pocket either of them?
I'm just trying to find something I can go full portable with without worries of a pocket full of juice lol kanger top tank sucks so that is a no option I spoiled my self rotten with RDAs and RTAs. He only other option I see fit is to carry a RDA dry. Drip and use and dry again. Did that for a while and didn't like it wanted a tank type rda/rta/rdta simular to the toptank which has a RDA but is a Pos and premade coils wasssttteeeee of money when I can build my own coils, I'm stocked up on wire and everything else needed.

i use a limitless plus
3 griffin 22s and
a mage
all are leak free if wicked properly
all have abut equal flavor, MAYBE the limitless and mage are slightly better than the griffins. MAYBE
i only prefer the mage and limitless plus over the griffins now because of the simplicity
I find I have no need for a jfc and the mage and limitless plus do not have those, the JFC on the griffins works its way loose after you drop it a dozen and 1 times and eventually can not be tightened back up.
so it just spins easily on you constantly.

The mage has its own issue with the stupid top cap getting stuck
and the limitless plus is a bit tricky to wick so you get 0 leaks

I have used both the boreas and griffin 25 extensively. They both have their advantages. The griffin doesnt have as wide of an airflow. But it never ever leaks on me no matter How i hold it , like i can leave it on its side. I have never been able to get my boreas leak proof ive tried everything that people have said and it still doesnt not leak when left im my pocket or on its side. Also imo the griffin has better flavor. Dont get me wromg the boreas is good i bought 2 of them because i liked it so much. But after i got the griffin i never really went back to the boreas. But ive also been using drippers a lot recently..

My two bits for what it's worth of the Tanks I have in order of preference.

1. Modfather, love, love, love absolutely love this tank. Great flavor, excellent accessories make it, they are. The shorty kit really intense wonderful flavor. Tall Kit, 20ml, enough said. Postless deck, love postless decks. Series deck, hell yeah! With all the accessories this is one amazing tank that is very well built. I have 3, downside is it's a bit difficult to get.

2. Boreas, all around great tank and my daily driver. Love the AFC and JFC connected, makes things so easy. Easy to wick, no issues with leaking, good quality construction other than o-ring issues with some (one of mine had issues) but is easy to fix, just get replacement and you're good to go. I only had issues with one and I currently have 5

These are my favorite Tanks to date.

Other Tanks I have
The Griffin, it's an alright Tank but I prefer my Crius Plus over it.
Bellus, it can be a bitch to wick most times than not, tight build deck but excellent flavor
Conquerer - great flavor and postless deck, good tank I use often
Original Crown, awesome flavor and I still use it often with the RBA deck. RBA deck takes time to learn to build on it but once you got it excellent flavor with SS fused Clapton
Crown II, not bad. Not as good IMO as the first but the RBA deck is very easy to build on. I like it
Goblin Mini V2, bitch to build on, so so build quality but very good flavor
Kayfun V5, awesome flavor, easy to build and I really enjoy it. I also have the mini
VCMT 25mm and 30mm, great performance but it's a leaky bitch and they both just piss me off Boreas and Modfather destroy both of them

Mod father looks promising but I found it for $79
Is it cheaper anywhere else? I don't like clones either.

It's a wonderful tank and that's a fair price. It's hard to find so IMO if you can't find cheaper immediately I'd snag it. Like I said it's a bit hard to find in Stock

Don't like either, tired of either dry hits or flooding: very sensitive to wicking. Much prefer the serpent mini, just wick it and vape.

The serpent was on my list.
I'm going with the boreas.
A lot of positive reviews.

You can buy the Boreas on eBay from Roxy the designer of the atty
I don't believe anyone cloned the Boreas.

My fav. tank!!!!!!!
I heard the FT ones were clones as well and bought direct from Roxy. When asked if I wanted it signed, I said it wasn't necessary and explained why I was buying direct. I was told, by Roxy, that the Boreas has not been cloned yet.

Well so far I have seen two types of boreas. A version where the top cap has knurled for grip, and smooth one. So..... I think there are clones around.

Early releases had a smooth top. I have gotten one of my Boreas tanks from FT it was a legit. With FT I think everyone wants to pretend that everything you get is a clone. That isn't the case if it says its Authentic, then it is. If it says styled then its a clone. I challenged anyone to prove other wise. Now FT as far as I know hasn't released a Styled Boreas. For good reason. It's complicated and it's cheap. Little value in cloning it.

Another alternate take is the Herakles RTA, it's semi popular, simple and cheap. Yet I haven't seen a clone of it. Now a Big name like Griffin 25, avocado, limitless, those are simple tanks with clones. Or Kayfuns, complicated tanks with tons of clones. Why? The originals are nearly prohibitively expensive, therefore even if production was a more expensive the demand for the clone would be worth the effort. Complicated, affordable, and mediocre demand, means little reason to clone. They haven't even cloned the Supreme and even though I like the Boreas more, it's a higher demand Atty and doesn't have a clone.

I think I got them on sale for like $18 a piece. I used the MAP code but I don't think it's active anymore.
