That sucks. What issues are you having?
well IDK if you remember, but the 1st one I ordered (the red/silver one) kep giving me damaged atomizer on all of my RDAs sometimes but not all the times. First they said my RDAs might not be compatible which I know isn't the case but to make sure, i waited until my 2nd one came (blue/silver) tested it and my RDAs and builds worked fine. No issues. So i made a video with my tsunami 24 (since I use it the most) giving me a damaged atomizer error with it on the R/S G2, then i put it on the B/S G2 and ti worked, then i put it on the VT133 and it worked. So i sent them the video and they told me to do the warranty stuff on the site. So i did that, paid the 8 bucks, paid another 7 bucks to ship it to them. So they had it a few days and sent me an email saying they can't duplicate the issue and that it has to be my RDA lol. So I just sent them back another video of my 3rd G2 (Orange/Silver) firing the same RDA they are saying isn't compatible with the G2 (The tsunami 24) working fine. I'm awaiting a response from that one. I mean I get that some RDAs might not be compatible due to the 510 pin length, but blaming my RDA like I'm stupid when it works on 2 out of 3 G2s plus the fact that my other atomizers (I tested it with the avacado 24, So horney RDA, Aeronaut RDA, Tsunami 24 RDA) on all 3 G2s. I spent hours testing and building and only the R/S gave me problems. Spent the time and money to send it to them, only to have the come back and try to blame my RDA is beyond annoying at this point.

I'm still working with their warranty dept right now and also @Deucesjack has been helping me as well. So hopefully it all gets resolved soon. It's a good think I have a lot of vape gear though cause if it was my only mod I'd be a little pissed right now lol

The only thing that doesn't work with my g2 is a kanger protank 2. Says atomizer damaged but then again also, the center pin of the tank is inside the threaded part not sure sup with that...probably bad clil manufacturing.

Oh yeah lately my plus button on the g2 gets stuck and is deeper in the housing than the minus button. It's annoying I took it apart to see if I could fix it and I think the button on the board is broken. Damn it. Mine is a refurbished and hope it can be fixed.

I remember now. That's a shame. It doesn't surprise me considering how fast the slice and G2 started selling. I'd bet they are overwhelmed and understaffed for warranty claims.

I mean if they really think it's not a problem, just replace it for me with a refurb and sell mine as a refurb. It would literally be no cost to them and i'd be fine with it. But i'm willing to bet that mine makes it back to them from the next person that buys it

Did you try downgrading firmware and then applying the update again?

Thanks for posting this. You just saved me making, for me, a potentially bad purchase. My VF Stout was registering resistance sporadically. I explained the situation to Vape Forward and how I tried multiple iterations, including on a TAB. They sent me a postage paid RMA. I had a new device (which works) within a week. THAT'S the kind of service I expect. If a company can't stand behind their products 100% without giving consumers the runaround, I don't want to do business with them.

I explained the situation to Vape Forward and how I tried multiple iterations, including on a TAB. They sent me a postage paid RMA. I had a new device (which works) within a week. THAT'S the kind of service I expect. If a company can't stand behind their products 100% without giving consumers the runaround, I don't want to do business with them.
They've been doing good imo. I can understand its hard to troubleshoot without being able to replicate the problem. They said they are gonna change the 510 pin out with a new one and send it back to me.

Oh man today took my slice out and about and when I would shoot up to 100w sometimes it would say 151w.....not cool, nor accurate. And this is a brand new unit. I forgot my g2 is referb but slice was brand new.

Wow, I have yet to see that on any of my devices. That does NOT sound good (nor controlled). Under, yeah. That much over (or at all)? Not that I've seen.

Just tried it on both of mine. They both only go up to 101w.

I just reinstalled the firmware from the website lets see if it will do it again.
I went out and used the slice again tonight and it did not go past 101 watts.
