I tried both coils, both are brand new first the device was saying too high of ohms so i took it apart cleand all the connections now its reading 2.8 also new to this type as it has a volt rating instead of watt rating

It could be making a bad contact with the 510 or inside the tank........ Something is shorting or making a bad contact.......

Have you checked to see if the positive pin is tight ?

The tank.
I can push it in a little bit but seems to be pushed out because of the atomizer cause if i loosen the atomizer it sits flush again i took the pin out and it looks like its supposed to do that, should i try using the pin from one of my other tanks?

Well i changed the pin and it brought it down to 2ohm which is in spec right? If the coil os rated at 1.8 2ohm should be fine?

.2 above 1.2 is not that much of a difference.
When you are playing low low .2 is the difference between vape and vent.

Kind of confuse me lol, .2 higher than rated is fine for higher ohm, but if i was running a .5 coil .2 higher would ruin the taste basically?

Sometimes an upgrade helps...... You just have to keep trying experiments and rigging stuff simply to get a satisfying Vape customized to you...... Keep it up.......

This is my favorite rig, customized, painted, and hitting just like I,I,I,I, like it......
