Oh, and I am up after breaking out in a sneezing fit that's still going on. Took a bunch of Benadryl and still sneezing. It must be allergies as I otherwise feel OK. I imagine Rixy will be up shortly, and maybe the Benadryl will kick in so I can get a bit more sleep.

I've never had a truck. I did have a minivan, so that's kinda like a truck with the seats out.:slowclap:

why did you let her get that drunk? lol
We were in the VIP and the shots came around, I warned her and I told her but she said, ill be fine, which to be fair she was until we got outside and the fresh air hit her and her legs went :)

She wasn't out of her mind drunk, I would never let her get like that, just wobbly legs so I carried her upstairs, well our house has three floors and our bedroom is on the top floor (for the best view of course), no way was I going to risk her falling down them.

G'mornin folks, hope all is well. :)

You talking about me my friend??? :p Right now on my dash the engine light is on(O2 sensor) and the ABS light is on(left ABS sensor went when the alternator did) and I do not have the money to fix it. $125 for either of them or $250 total. I honestly do not have that extra money to get it fixed. Want to make a trip to NC? I'll cook! :teehee:

If I could I would all those fixes are in my wheel house for sure and for a lot less that with a trip to a junk or pick a part yard. :(

or TX........I don't have one anymore, but I love havin a pick up! Was kinda intrigued a couple weeks ago when I saw a commercial for the Honda ridgeline.

lmao no kiddin! or says they can't haul nuttin in it, cuz it'll mess up the bed!

if you can use a whisk til yur arm falls off, you can make a roux! Oil......flour........heat and whisk 45 mins to an hour for a dk chocolate roux. It's done about a 1/2 second before it burns! hehehe

Yeah those guys are the Rhinsetone Cowboys as I call 'em, their boots are always immaculate and drive their trucks like an old caddy.

Morning Rixy and Deb :) it's too fucking early! I have the grandson before I go to work. His regular babysitter has a sick child. :(

Yes too early I have a shop cat that needs to go in for a dental today and I still have to update my car to correct the speedo(yes it's bathing suit:giggle:) for new tire size. Off to download some tunes.

I'm just back from the vet and at work now, and I swear it feels like I have a fever. Which I hope not I hardly ever get sick but when I do it's a friggin' doosy.
I hope you're not getting sick!!! Lots of vitamin C!

I felt that way last night. Hot, then cold, achy joints and a sore scratchy throat. I woke up at 3 because my sinuses were completely blocked and I couldn't breathe. This morning I have a cough. Ugh...

Thanks.

Feeling a lump in my lower neck, sore when I turn my head and this happened a few months ago Doc said it was a lymph node infection. Luckily I have 9 days worth of some pretty high powered anti-biotic left over so I think since I can't get in today I am going to start those this evening.

What you're describing the whole office has here Dad, and the secretary both have very similar symptoms to what you described. You take care of yourself too. )

Wow, how weird, I woke up sick this morning, too. :( BAAAAD. I felt it last night, but thought it was just because I was tired, but this morning I have the whole friggin' boatload of flu symptoms. I'm gonna try to stay down today, as much as possible, anyway. Can't really take a real day off around here.

Good morning to everyone! I'm off to eat a couple more aspirin. It's all these little needle-sharp aches and pains that annoy me the worst. The wood-block head and swollen throat are bad, but all those little pains just take it out of me. Aspirin helps a little bit. Herbal tea is on the menu after morning chores. :)

I'm not sick. :) But the weather has definitely cooled; instead of waking to mid-70s, this morning it's 61 degrees! Which ain't exactly cold, but sure feels chilly when you're used to the inferno of summer! So I was sleeping like a ROCK, thx to the cool; had to hit the alarm twice to get up. Payday! Yay!

I'm thinking me and the spouse will be taking some echinacea and Vit C, now that's the weather's turned, to prevent getting sick.

I was up most of the night sneezing. It was almost like having hiccups where no matter what you do it just won't stop. Tons of Benadryl (allergies?) got a few hours of sleep this morning, now still stuffy and clammy. Then again, it's 60 degrees out and very rainy where I am.

With all of us coming down with this at the same time, did we catch it from this forum? It's the one place we've all been to in common.:giggle:

Do you have school-age kids? Or work with those who have school-age kids? There's the vector right there; we ALWAYS got sick, right after the beginning of school.

That's what I was wondering too Eskie! One of my friends in a thread at ECF had the flu last week but I don't think I got this from her so it had to have came from here.
