The answer is none. That is a single 18650 battery and no build should be less then .15
You should build. 15 and higher (why not build. 2 to leave so room for safety) and for that resistance the only battery save for it is the LG hb6 hb4 or hb2

No to the vtc5. A vct5a yes
Pick a battery off here that says mooch=25a and you'll be covered for .2 or higher builds
