First time rewrapping, help?

Cut the wrap off and did it second time with the hairdryer on high. The Positive end looks near perfect, tight fit. The negative end is tight enough but not as much as the factory wrap was...... Tips? I'll possibly try a third time later on tonight. This is a green Samsung 25r

It looks very much as mine do, since I re-wrappd them, and they all work just fine. Though I did start trimming just a smidge less than a quarter inch off the wrap before inserting the battery, which seems to work better; when I tried the first one, I didn't trim it, and it covered just a bit too much, couldn't make good contact with the posts in the mod.

But it's working well in my mod, and I keep touching the battery, no heat. Doesn't seem to be shorting so that's a good sign!

Yeah with my miniBooks, I had to learn the correct way to insert the battery, so the wrap didn't get dinged -- really tight fit! But I discovered if you put the battery in before you put the atty on the thing, it slides in just a little easier, doesn't damage the wrap. Thank goodness, because those are my favorite mods!
Now I have 2 of my HE2s and all 4 of my 25R's rewrapped, good as new. Andria
I'm glad I did it right honestly lol Not sure how much heat these batteries can take and still be safe!
