I first installed the claptons that came with it. They burned through juice and battery life like crazy. So I figured I'd start with low power build and worknmy way up. I made some wimpy tiny coils, 26g 2.5mm ID 7 wraps and installed them near the edge of the deck, close to the air slots which I closed 2/3 shut. The coils look really sad in the massive deck, but boy was I surprised by the performance! Great flavor at 36 watts, 0.41 ohms. Super satisfied as is for now. I will eventually try some twisted 28g coils.

Anyone else have any lower power build ideas for the Limitless?

I use mine with a single clapton coil, coming in at 1.5ohms and vape at 17 watts, and is a pretty good vape, not quite as good as my avocado's, but still good enough though. but that is probably lower than what you was thinking :)

I tried it with one of the claptons and the single coil plug installed but the flavor was not as good as my Haze dripper tank which I use for single coils. More like a Griffin 25 in single coil mode.

Seriously, anyone else looking for efficiency on their rdta vs balls out vapor production, or is it just me?

Avocadoes would be in the same boat..

I hate changing batteries and don't care about clouds at all. I tend to build to where I only have to change the battery 1 time per day. That means I try to use as few watts as possible, To get the flavor and vape I want. I'm happy if the cloud is at least that of smoke from a cigarette. I'm running a .56ohm coil in my Avocado at 18 watts in VW and 25 watt 400deg in TC. 2x30SS twisted single at 5 wraps. I'm also more interested in the quality of flavor rather than more flavor.

If single coil flavor at lower watts is your thing, I highly recommend a Haze RDTA. It's my favorite. Super concentrated flavor from a single coil. I have an original (super expensive) but there is a Tobeco clone:
