Good day vapers. I've recently bought a Tsunami 24 RDA. Right now I was sticking on the build using Kanthal 24G, and im at 30 ohms. Smoke is good and the flavor as well. But right now i want to change the coil, any suggestion for the coil to use, and how many wraps. I've got Snow wolf 200w as my mod, and I'm more interested on more clouds than taste. Thanks in advance.

You can increase your clouds AND taste by using a set fused Clapton coils.
If you let us know what you have for available wire, we can give you some more guided suggestions.

Ahh... Okay. The 4 wires that I personally use the most of is 26 gauge and 28 gauge kanthal A1, and 36 and 38 gauge nichrome 80. With those 4 wires, you can create a pretty good selection of coils.

You have no business building a coil if you don't know what ohm ranges arevsafe.

he has a regulated mod he should be fine as long as he's using good batteries. and .11 isn't terribly low, every mod fires that low now

I agree with Sir Richard. The OP has a REGULATED Snow Wolf. This mod won't allow any dangerous coils to be fired. Unless he's using batteries with shredded battery wraps, he should be fine.

I pretty much use Samsung 25Rs exclusively.
There are only 2 places that I buy from - Liionwholesale.com and IMRbatteries.com
Both of them have excellent reputations for carrying only authentic products. DO NOT buy batteries from eBay. Ever.

This proves the point ...

If you don't know the safe limits of your device you have no business building coils for it.

Does the OP regulated mod have protections that prevent an underrated battery from having too many amps drawn from it?

Sorry I don't neglect safety. Or trust technology to protect me.

Yes. That's what REGULATED means. The mod doesn't draw it's power from what the battery makers say the limits are. It just uses what is available.

My snow wolf 1.5 fires to .05 so it's worth considering he could have dangerous build and it would still fire. It's one of the reason i still use mine it's one of the only non DNA mods that fires below .1 in power mode.

I use HB6 when I'm doing it.

regulated mods don't work like that though and the HB6 wouldn't make a difference over the HE4 in it.
Also the G2 fires down to .007 in watt mode and the slice fires down to .000000001 in watt mode lol

Are you using volts or AMPs as your power unit? Because yes the mod will use the volt as available from a battery.. AMP draw on the other hand INCREASES as the wattage demands increase. Granted the amps being fed to te atty may be HIGHER than the available amp load of the battery via the Boost/buck circuits and such. BUT the amps DRAWN from the battery are basically fixed. To make a certain number of watts it MUST draw a certain number of amps from the battery. These are the amps we need to worry about, not the amps at the atty. As a regulated mod at 200watts draws the same number of ams for a .1ohm coil as it might from a 1ohm coil. How many amps that is is based on how many volt the battery pack supplies, series vs Para and qty of batteries. Point is that draw from the battery CAN be more than the battery is rated for.

try a parallel build, dual 24g kanthal, 5-6 wraps around a 3mm (.11- .13 ohms). set your mod over 100w and watch her chuck the clouds
