I wouldn't wear it but it would be funny as hell.

I'd venture to say the safety of it is why there aren't any.
You could rewire the button to relocate it but that'd be like headphones and having to deal with that wire.

The only autos (draw activated) I've seen are cigalikes, and that switch tech wouldn't be applicable to removable atty mods.

Getting a modular setup to draw-fire would be quite the feat.
I've also felt the twinge for that convenience a couple of times but I've no idea how you'd go about it.

Maybe a couple years ago, at most, a quadriplegic, and his assistant joined the forum, looking for a hands-free way of vaping, so that his assistant wouldn't have to continually help him. Another member was actually able to devise a system for him, using a regulated box mod, I can't remember which one it was. He had figured out a way to make the drip tip bite activated. It was a fascinating thread to keep up with!

I'll search and see if I can find that one.

I suppose you could jerry rig something like a switch you press with your lips by touching the drip tip or a switch inside the drip tip or the chamber that would trigger by air movement.

But unless you're impaired in any way that prevents you from pressing the button, why bother?

Paper and dried leaves(soaked in extra toxic goodness) is really light
Plastic + metal + liquid + battery = not very light
