Only two issues. Not sure what "qualifies" one to have an opinion about juice or kit. And I'm pretty sure my very close friend Eric was not asked to have his picture used in this article, even though he rocks his kilt quite well. Overall, a pretty spot on article....enough to make me take a good look at myself.

I think we're all accused of this a little bit. While editing the piece I definitely saw myself a few times. I didn't choose the photo's - but your friend is a man beast and I personally wouldn't question his position on ohms or anything else lol.

That in itself is the issue. I'm not the leading authority of what constitutes "reviewer" but I'd like to see some criteria. There is a certain schooling for film review, food review and other. Wanting free juice and owning a camera shouldn't be the requirements. Hey, speech is free- I get it. There's nothing that will stop the reviewer train...but I do find a more educated and crafted review with folks that have longevity. Currently longevity is the only real criteria for trusting one person over another (and even then, that doesn't make them a good reviewer).

Oh he is a gentle sort...but an AMAZING woodcarver. He used to have a website called "Offthelimb" but it appears to be gone now.

I agree. It makes me cringe how so many with nothing more than an opinion and great contacts, are elevated to "God status"...and in one case, wears it like Superman wears his cape....then others who realise their place in the game, but are still just ordinary folk.

Looked good to me.

Everyone has vices. Mine happens to have batteries and coils. I don't showcase it. I don't hide it.

That is all.

I think this makes some good points. I disagree about the advocacy statement about a sit in[I would never expect someone to miss work to go to a city council meeting. I used to belong to 2 regional Vapers Facebook groups with a total membership of about 4000. And advocacy post, even about a chance to do something local like call your council Member or even write a e-mail telling telling your story quickly feel to the bottom of the pages often without 1 comment. My estimate is less then 1 in 10 vapers is involved in any Vapers Rights Advocacy at all. I know of a Very Active and effective Vapers Rights Organization that has over 6000 members but only 600 who donate the modest membership annual amount which is about the cost of a Good bottle of E-Liquid. IF these rights are slowly eroded away at the State and Local levels I just do not want to look back and say I wish I would of tried to do something to prevent this. Vaping Restrictions that are beyond reasonable- restrictions will make it difficult for smokers in the future to have the access to the innovative technology I have been fortunate to have, and restrictive Bans and Taxes will make it likely more smokers stay smokers. I do not Advocate for Vapers Rights for myself as I can stay of Cigs with any type of gear even 1st gen if need be. Its Person who is still a highly addicted long term smoker that nothing else they have tried has worked that I am concerned about

Great point as you always seem to have great insight.

Just one minor thing though........................

We are ALL qualified to have an opinion about a juice or a kit or even a kilt for that matter.

The thing that comes to my feeble mind is a quote from Animal House even if I am about to get it wrong here.

"We are all created equal".
"Some are equal than others"

If you pay attention and look, you can find this just about anywhere in the Vaping world as well as other universes.

Even here. Just the way things are.

Yep, we do have "superstars" that have invented themselves and for whatever reason we see them wearing capes and standing on the pedestals where we have put them.

But the newest of Noobs are just as valid creating a thread and posting what a difference their eGo Spinner has made in their life.

Rantish comment over now.

Totally agree with the article. People are just straight ignorant. That has quite a few good examples as to why I hate people

New guy so I guess I see things different. I have noticed that most vapors in the b+m shops get a face like they stepped in dog-shit, when they see me using a stick. I don't give a shit !! But I will say that if it's an employee, I say to myself F'them. I don't go back ! I don't tell you what to drive... nobody is going to tell me how to vape !!! I just don't need, or want another hobby, or something else to work on! Got enough shit ,to F with already ! I work with my hands , a lot! That's one thing I do miss about analogs, I'm used to lighting one, sticking it in the corner of my mouth ,and not taking it out, till I got to put it out !!!! When I'm work'n on a $500 piece of wood, I can't do it one-handed!

Many of us...myself included, tend to forget where we began.

I completely agree! I was just having a typwritten chuckle as to how some are made to seem more qualified than anyone else.

Everyone's reflections here are much appreciated. There's some other forums (ahem) that this blog got posted to where people seem to have gone into def-con five meltdown mode. A lot of my questioning and condemning comes from personal inventory. Indeed, that is covered quite a bit on our show as well. If you guys have time, check it out.
