They screw into the base of the tank, to lock it to the mod.

Optional, I suppose if the tank is screwed on snug and lined up, your good. If you notice the tank moving on you, use the screw.

The seller (Ebay) also sent (4) 15 ml bottles of juice from Fumivape.com of different flavors and nic Mg I was surprised never heard of that juice vendor but free is free (even if the date on the bottles is 5/20/14)

Thanks, I just stumbled onto the mini, I think it's kinda cool

I have the Cuboid, and the Mini. Both good mods, Fantastic mods with the custom firmware, the Cuboid mini tank is a spitter, a bad spitter with all the factory coils I tried it with, but surprisingly, not bad with the RBA & a vertical build.

Hey Whiskey, the latest firmware for the Cuboid Mini is 5.04. You can check yours by turning the mod off and then press the fire button 20 times.
