Hello, i made first juice with TF flavour and pink mule base.
i used botom line recomendation flavours and ofc as impatient as i am i tried one juice 2 hours after i made it :p now problem i get is it has peppery taste is this normal for juice that still has etanol aka. alcohol in it (some flavours contain alcohol)? i've used 70ml 0mg and 30ml 6mg base so it should be around 1.5mg nic and tasting so peppery :( i used 80/20 vg/pg 0mg and 100vg 6mg base. anyway to solve this?

Did you shake the hell out of the nic base before using it?

Yeah, try another nic base. HiLIQ has the best nic. I get zero pepper in all my mixes now.

30ml of 6mg in 70ml of 0mg is fine. But if the nicotine base sat for a month and you didn't shake it up a bunch before using it, the nicotine will separate.

If you didn't shake it enough, I suspect that could be causing the peppery taste.

i wanted to say if leaving caps open and let ejuice breathe 12 hours, will it help and have less "peppery taste" afterwards ?

It won't hurt to try. But, I think that batch is no good.

doesn't nicotine escape same as flavour if you leave it open for longer time?

There's a UK DIYers thread pinned at the top of this section. You might want to ask the folks in that thread if they've experienced peppery nic from Pink Mule. Peppery nic, is peppery nic, leaving it exposed to air won't remove that.

ALWAYS shake your nic before use.

UP: my ejuices are not peppery anymore at all!!! tried 24 hours later (10 hours open bottle) i think it is because i mixed 0mg and 6mg and it needs some time to stable this nic through all juice in bottle :D i'm so relieved

my advice from my experience if you mix 2 bases that has different nic you have to wait a bit so 2 bases become 1

i've looken in to it and pink mule is one of the top brands.. was jusing it on previous ejuices (concentrates) and never had that peppery taste but i was using 3mg always, never mixed 2 bases. but now i wanted to have 1.5nic and later i want to go on 0mg
