Anything on Mooch's recommendation is good as long as you get them from reputable sources, not eBay or Amazon. I get mine from Liion Wholesale or IMR Batteries, they can be trusted.

Samsung 25R or LG HE2 or HE4 are all good as are Sony VTC5 or VTC6. There are others but these are a good start. Don't recommend Efest.

Many batteries on mooch's list for many different applications, but what would be the best choice for up to 60W are 20A 3000 mAh batteries, so one of the following:
Samsung 30Q
Sony VTC6
LG HG2
