Fuchai 213 problem

Sorry if i'm in the wrong section, newbie here.

I got a Fuchai 213 and I threw my RDA on there and the coils fire as if it were on 150watts, even though I lowered it to 10w. I'm running a standard dual 7-wrap reading .3 ohms, so why is it like firing so hard it's burning my coils when I am only on 10 watts? I also tried my other RDA, which is a single coil with 4 wraps. Read .21 ohms and still fired like crazy. Any ideas?

Are they kanthal/nichrome contact coils? Did you pulse them to work out any hot spots?

Kanthal 24 gauge and pulsed and pinched. No hot spots, they glow from the inside out, but they go from red to bright pink in less than two seconds as if they were on 150 watts

All the temp settings wont even fire these coils because they are kanthal not SS, Ni, or Ti
