I have seen some threads touch base on a little bit of my issue, but I'd like to hear from others for my specific situation. I quit smoking black n milds exactly 1 year ago. Started vaping 12nic for about 2 weeks-got really sick bronchitis like symptoms. Used 6nic for about 2-3 months and symptoms subsided. I was able to taste the ejuice bought from the stores mostly, but I started to get vaper's tongue (I think). I wasn't drinking much water so I started drinking more. Then I discovered how to make my own ejuice. Over this year, I have experimented with different ratios and flavors and I switch up the flavors often, almost every tank. I have an xcube2 and tvf4 tank, quad coil. I went threw about 4 different tanks and tvf4 seems to help me taste better than any others. So, I'm thinking I could still have vaper's tongue, or maybe my recipes suck, or just recently seen that maybe the length of not smoking is still short effecting my taste buds. About a month ago, I bought an ejuice that I had previously liked from a store and it didn't taste the same as when I used to buy it before I started making my own. I have tried more VG, I have tried more PG, and it doesn't really seem to change the flavor. Here is a general recipe I make and use often. Please tell me what is wrong!!!
3% nic (100mg PG based nicotine)
60% PG
40% VG
12% dx cinnamon danish (PG based FlavourArt)
I alternate fruity and dessert but generally speaking flavor % is between 12-16. Most flavors are FlavourArt, Flavor West, and TFA. I also do blends and I continuously read on what % recommended for each flavor buto I have got to be doing something wrong!! I don't care about cloud, I'd prefer more taste than cloud.
