Ok quick question let say I bought two same eliquid one @ 3mgnic and one in @0mg nic if I combine them both what nic mg would I come up with?

Simple math really. If you want 2mg it's 2-1, 1.5mg would be 1-1 and if you want 1mg it's 1-2. You can get any mg you desire with a bit of math.
