I picked it up at the vitamin shop it was on sale 8oz bottle for $5.44 it it does say is certified on the label so should be okay to use.
Yeah that's OK to use just expensive.

I've used nicotine from Nicotine River and HiLiq, both clean, clear, and smooth. I have also bought from RTS but it's been in the freezer ever since I bought it so can't tell you how good it is to me. I have heard it is good nicotine though.
