A silicone 18650 battery holder - with key ring attachment?! Say what?

While scanning the usual group of suspects to find something to buy while sitting on the toilet, I stumbled across these:

Now... umm... this seems to contradict everything I've ever known about battery safety - especially with 18650's. Granted, there's silicone covering and protecting the positive and negative connections... but... I mean, c'mon. Really?

I absentmindedly put an 18650 in my pocket, the same pocket with keys, once.

This feels like a knife holder that conveniently fits right over your toaster for easy access.

Well, better than loose I guess. But yeah, seems like unnecessary risk to attach it to the thing you don't want it touching.
