WTB: A decent working mod, $20 budget

Anyone looking to unload a working vape they don't care much for anymore?

Honestly, buying for a friend who doesn't have a lot of money, but always seems to have enough money for cigs... He wants a vape, and I was hoping to shop around here...

Requirements:
-2 18650 cell, or >3000mAh integrated battery
-70W minimum
-Pass through USB charging
-Decent tank
-Regulated, no mech mods .

Doesn't have to be fancy, or spanking new. Just has to work. TC would be nice, but even that's not a requirement. Tell me what you're willing to do for *$30!*

Not trying to upset the apple cart, but ecig.com has really good prices on Pico mods($26.99). They are really good mods, at least mine is. You can get at least a 10% off code if you chat with the guys there. For a beginner, I would like a new mod backed by a warranty and this place has very good customer service in my experience.

I was going to suggest the same deal. Take a look around ecig and you'll find quite a few deals. Also, sign for joes deal alerts if you have not already.

More than familiar with eCig, guys.

They have a $75 free shipping minimum. No immediate need for hardware myself, otherwise I'd latch his vape onto an order of mine. Vapor Beast is pretty good too ($35 shipping minimum) but they take forever to ship (9 days my last order!!) and the deals just aren't quite as good.

Figured this would be good for someone with too many mods, who just wants to unload an old one for a few bucks, and "quasi-donate" to a good cause as well.

The gentleman in question is turning 20 in a week and a half. He was homeless, no exaggeration, until I hired him a few months ago. He found a family member to shack up with since, fortunately, but he's not a rich man (only works part time for me because he's not high up on the totem pole yet). But sob stories aside, if someone can't help me/him out here, I MIGHT just buy him a new one for his birthday.

still looking for cheap used ones though. Might be willing to be a little more liberal with the "requirements" if you can get me a mod and a tank within budget.

Well Brew Bear, your "off topic" advice actually led me to go in the "cheap but new" direction.

I remembered the Chinese sites are out there. I've ordered from them before with general success. I found something that was affordable and decent. Since the fella's birthday is 10 days away, i figured we could both wait for the cheap but patience-required GearBest to come in the mail.

Tesla 80w TC, Eleaf iJust2. Just under $30, free shipping. He's gonna contribute half and the rest is his present.

Miguel is 20 years old, of Mexican descent but born and raised in the US. Good kid, hard working, has a second job so he definitely does his best to pay the bills. And now hopefully it will be easier to pay the bills if he's vaping and not smoking!
